Good afternoon about two weeks ago I planned a brunch with my sister at your establishment I attended an brunch there about two weeks prior to that I was so impressed I asked the hostess do you’ll have music and this type vibe every weekend she said yes we have a dj on Saturday and live music on Sunday so I was sold so I made a reservation for a Saturday I was looking forward to coming there and I bragged to my sister your gonna love this place the music is unbelievable so we I called several times to make sure the vibe was gonna be the same experience that I had I called Friday to be sure again about Saturday dj I was assured that yes there is gonna be a dj I was so disappointed that when we got there there was NO dj and u could barely hear any music the food was good but I really wanted her to feel how I felt and I came to Jersey instead of the Philly business so I was a lil sour that she didn’t get to experience the same thing maybe your ladies that answer the phone should actually know what they are telling your customers on top of that about two weeks later my coworker came there and she said there was a dj and it was bumping as she said can u please let your customers know how this works or do you have to take your chances and keep your fingers crossed just wondering because I would like to come back again but I need to know what I’m getting thanks

Had an 1130 brunch reservation for four. The place was packed. My dad & I arrived abt 10 mins earlier then the other two in our party. We went to check in and was told if we were seated now there's a 90 min seating limit and basically it would start the clock. No problem we sat and ordered two drinks a coffee and oj. Our other two in our party arrived and we all placed our orders. Our waitress was new she told us it was her first day. I forget her name but she did a great job. We ordered a brunchaholic meal, the sgg , 2 lamb lollipop with grits, a side of wings. Everything was seasoned to perfection. The French toast was delicious as I was cutting it for my dad and sneaking a few pieces for myself. I ordered the Sgg (Shrimp grits gumbo) the grits were creamy and gumbo gravy had a little spice or kick to it, it also came with two pieces of catfish. The wings were cooked crisped and well seasoned very good. The lamb chops looked delicious but I didn't have those. My only issue was the coffee was weak and flavor less. Could be cause I drink it daily so I'm used to having what I like. All in all I'd definitely return to try some other options !! We had a good pre Easter Brunch!

Heard about this place decided to give it a go. Luckily we came when we did because it got crowded really fast. The place was live for a Friday Morning. After being seated we waited a while for service. Outside of the waiting so long for everything the food was great and the mimosas were on point. I recommend chicken and waffles that meal was bussin!!!!

Ambience was amazing. Food was amazing besides them forgetting to put Lump on my SSG. Our server was immaculate. I will be back!

The service was horrible and the food was cold our waitress was asked to make the coffee over due to the fact it was cold, I watched her grab a black coffee cup dump the coffee from our original cup in it and added hot water, as my partner went to drink from the cup it had lipstick on the cup it was used and dirty and we were served with it. The table was wobbly and the waitress said she would bring someone to fix it and no one ever came, she was all over the place. The way they dress is unprofessional the hostess had a fitted hat on and they wore crocs pink at that! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone it's Ghetto and they need to go back to philly and start all over with new management. Know your clientele and adjust to it.

I visited Brunchaholic on March 24, 2024. I visited with three other guests. At first glance, it is a small but nice place. We asked that our seat be changed due to back issues and the loud music. At first, this was a huge problem. However, after some back and forth, we were accommodated. The music was extremely loud. It was so loud that we all left with a migraine. The service was not bad until our server had a large group come in after us, which made our service lacking. The food was ok. We all agreed we would not be returning.

We visited the Cherry Hill NJ location twice. Didn't wait more than 2 minutes but we made reservations.The staff from greeting, seating, & serving us were so full of life. We appreciate good service. It's refreshing. The wait for the delicious fresh food was a bit long as we expected . Truly enjoyed this location and worth the wait.We ordered Mimosa's, the Chicken & Waffles, Catfish & grits, also the savory Lamb chops were my favorite. Nice music and atmosphere.Parking: Shared parking with 2 other businesses

I love eating at new places and after seeing this place on another associates social media, I decided to give them a try. I asked the greeter if we could have a booth as I felt it would have been much more comfortable. She looked around and said there wasn't one available. I told her I would wait. It was crowded, but the wait for the booth didn't take very long. Once seated, our server came over after about 5 to 10 mins. She introduced herself and asked us what we wanted to drink. I asked for coffee and if there were free refills. She replied that it wasn't, which was perfectly fine! The menu was enticing and after looking around at the plates on other table, I just knew this was going to be my new spot. I ordered the Brunchaholic Breakfast with Pancakes. I asked for them to hold the powdered sugar and top them with butter. My kid order the same thing with extra bacon, no bread. We waiting 45 mins for our food to come out. During that time, my coffee got cold and the server never returned to see how we were doing. When our food finally came I had to ask for syrup. My daughter's Tropical Iced Tea tasted like koolaid, not tea at all.out, I opened the napkin to use the utensils, and they were soiled with dried food. I was even more turned off! So much so, I asked for plastic. The pancakes didn't have any butter like I had asked for, nor were they light an fluffy. More like crispy on somewhat hard. I didn't even eat them. We picked over our eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Then left with utter dissatisfaction. We canceled ourto-go order and left the scraps on the table. We usually take a doggie bag for our fur babies. But felt they wouldn't like it ether. We will not be returning. And when I got home, I immediately had to use the restroom. I see lots of one star reviews after my visit. I hope that the owner takes all of them as constructive criticism, makes improvements and doesn't just go to chat GPT for a glowing response.

We had a reservation, but still waited several minutes to be seated. Food remains and napkin wrappers were still visible on the table from the previous guests. The menus also had small bits of food on them (possibly egg). We waited at least 15 minutes before our server came to the table. We ordered both drinks and entrees right away. Both took forever to arrive. The food arrived, and we inquired about our drinks (it had been at least 30 minutes since we ordered them). The server indicated she was waiting for the bar, but came back with them within 2 minutes. My brunch girl mocktail was warm. Makes me wonder if it was made and left sitting ? For entrees, we ordered the jerk salmon cheesecake and the seafood grits. The fried fish was hot and fried well. The grits could have been warmer. The salmon cheesesteak was fine.Definitely feel cutting down on wait times and periodic check ins/ water topups for customers waiting would be helpful.
