First went there around 1998-99. Service was absolutely fantastic and incredible. Menu boards were nostalgic and the prices were beyond amazing. Miss going to that location.

Does the ghost of The Burger King run this place? The opening time for this location is supposed to be at 6 AM, but every time I attempt to place an order through the drive-thru the lights are always off, and not a single employee is in sight.

I gave this BK a try cause my more local one is pretty bad honestly. Service at the drive through was a little slow but the manager working there was very friendly. The food came out really hot and actually fresh which was a change from other BKs I've been too. Would definitely come back to this location over other ones.

Without a doubt the worst Burger King I’ve ever gone to. It’s my local Burger King and there isn’t another one around but I’d rather burn my money than give these unprofessional, rude, complete morons my money. Last night not sure what her name was but it was December 22nd at 9pm. Short black girl with glasses forgot my Whopper. I snatched the bag which I I shouldn’t have. I told her that every SINGLE TIME I go there something is forgotten. She told me then don’t come here any more go to a different Burger King. I laughed and drove away. Because it’s hilarious that this place is that bad and you’re that bad at your job.

The fantastic drive thru lady in the cherry hill location was so happy and lively....asked for a donation for some scholarship I believe.....I said yes and she was so thankful.....talked to her for a minute or two ...it was just a change to have someone so happy and nice to be working at a drive thru .....I can't tell u how many different places and locations I have been to and the people don't even look at you or say have a nice day or thank you or anything.....it's terrible how bad people have gotten and how miserable everyone it ....it was really nice to see for a change! I wish I caught her name so I could give her a shout out in here!!! Way to go cherry hill BK!

I called to ask for a customer service phone number, I was told by the person answering the phone they didn’t know it, I asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on me. I called again and asked for a manager and they hung up on me again, several more calls were placed and I kept getting hung up on. I called again several times and nobody answered. I called one more time and I got an answer and a manager on the phone. They wouldn’t give me a customer service number or put me in touch with a district manager. They said they have no way to reach anyone that could help me. I explained that nobody at this location did anything wrong, that I needed the customer service number about another location overcharging me and that they had to have a way to contact someone to help me. That is when I was told to hold on and nobody came back to give me that information. So I hung up and left this review.
