This place is AWFUL!!!!!!! They spilled 4 large drinks on us threw the drive thru window after we told them no tray , then he got mad and told us to leave even tho we didn't get any food .... Manager finally came and told him to shut up and gave a refund .... I emailed the owner and still no response !!

$12+ for crispy chicken, med fries and 1 med coke. What a rip off. Horrible sandwich. Slippery manoise with chucks of white lettce. Really? Fries are like sawdust. What the hell happen to Burger King?

I just made a large order from this store tonight. The man at the drive-through window was extremely nice, and my order was perfect. The best part? The food was delicious. I know there are other comments on here slamming this store, but the team that was there tonight are rockstars, and they killed it. Thank you!!!Kid-friendliness: The man at the drive-through window saw that I had kids in the car and offered BK Crowns for them, which was a really nice gesture.Parking: There are plenty of parking spots at the front of this store, and they are close to the doors for anyone who wants a short walk.

Don’t go to this location, half the time there isn’t anyone working and you just sit at the speaker waiting. And if you order any chicken items there is a good chance they will be severely undercooked, even raw!!!!!

They're decent, but my biggest complaint is they seem understaffed most of the time. And their manager always looks miserable.

My second time getting lunch from here, thought it would be different maybe they didn't change the grease the first visit, but its the same outcome on my second visit, grease tasting fries and cold food. I've never wrote a review before on anything, but this Burger King is just Disappointing. Will never visit again.

I know this has been here for many years...but really could have been cleaner. The food was good, but my tray was STICKY. Like not just one spot, built in stickiness. Also the parking lot is DARK.

These starts are. For Eva, she held it down while cooking & bagging the food for, over 35 clients that came to eat… This girl was amazing, no complaints from her doing her job the cashier which is the manager was complaining a little, but I have to admit Eva was the one who held the floor down… this women deserves a promotion with a raise.LIFESTYLES’S from pitman

They must be hiring anyone that they can find. The window person was on the cell phone the whole time I was at the drive up (about 10 minutes). I asked him for ketchup twice, the second time when he handed me the bag with my order. He had to interrupt his phone conversation to tell me, 'Yes they are in the bag.'. When I got home, no ketchup. I worked at BK over 40 years ago, things have sure gone down hill since then.

Came here in the drive-thru today 9/24/22 between 4-4:30pm. I pull up to the speaker and a man’s voice greets me, and asks how he can help me. The exchange went something like this:Me: Hi, yes. Can I get a chicken fingers and a large fry?Drive-Thru Worker: Anything else?Me: Ahh… actually yeah, lemme get cookies as well.DTW: Anything else?Me: Oh and can I get the cookies warmed up, please?DTW: Anything else?Me: Umm… so was that a yes or no to the cookies being warmed up?DTW: *with an attitude* Well, obviously, if I’m saying “anything else” that means that I’m gonna warm them up.Me: *surprised, and annoyed* Well, obviously, it’s a yes or no question that you never answered, so no it’s not that obvious.At this point I said that’s all for my order, and he told me to pull around. Never told me my total. I should have just left at this point, but I was hungry. When he gave me my food, he gave me the cookies first and sarcastically asked, “Are these warm enough for you?” I resisted the urge to continue going back and forth with someone who’s obviously terribly miserable and copes by projecting their misery onto others. So, I simply said, “Yes”, and took my food. When I pulled away and tried the food, the fries I’d ordered were cold, and the chicken fingers tasted like they had *just* been thawed from the freezer and warmed up in the microwave on low for 30 seconds.Overall, this was a just a disappointing experience. As an out-of-towner and someone who’s been frequenting local Cherry Hill restaurants and businesses for years, this was so unlike the great service that I’ve come to anticipate and love from spots around here. This isn’t the first interaction I’ve had at this BK location, either, but it might be the last because there’s no reason to treat paying customers, who are simply trying to order food, as rudely as I’ve been treated here today and before today. And judging by other reviews on here, I see I’m definitely not the only one. I’d give this place a 0/5 if I could.

If I could I would give this no stars, in fact negative 5 stars. I have lived in this area for 34 years and during this time I would frequent this BK. But over the last few years this place has sunk to a completely unacceptable level. I pulled up to the drive through and a MANAGER said over the call box, "There is a 30 minute plus wait for orders as we are very understaffed." I was astounded. This was one o'clock on a Tuesday afternoon. I will never return.

Oh, my gosh. Horrible experience!Order was wrong! Not made to order and missing food. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it until on the road. Hungry family and traffic...it wasn't worth the trip back. Service was not good either.

I got my SUV washed, dried, and complete interior cleaning in less time than it took to get 2 Double Cheeseburgers add lettuce. As far as "Fast Food Burgers" go, I prefer Burger King, but ever since Covid most Burger King locations are ridiculously slow. Even, though they are slower, I haven't noticed a drop off of the quality or taste, and that goes for this location. Giving them 3 stars because the Burgers did not disappoint and the staff the day I was there was friendly. I think places are still short staffed and that is why the service is so slow.
