Stopped and had a quick lunch here while shopping in the mall. I ordered the regular cheese steak with fries and my wife got a kids California chicken cheese steak. The food was ok , nothing to rave about but for mall food it was pretty good. The rolls were toasted which I liked and the portions were good also, not to much that left you bloated and tired but not leaving you hungry either. The meat was a little dry and didn't have much flavor but it did it's job, the fries were on point though . The service was quick and we got our food in about 5-7 minutes after ordering . The cafeteria was clean and I didn't see any dirty tables laying around or trash . If you want something quick while shopping and what a cheese steak try them out.

Steak and fries were as you would expect, ok but not great. I do have a huge problem with the order taker though. I clearly ordered a regular cheesesteak combo. After telling her what I wanted on it she told me $18.50. I questioned her because it should have been around $15, her answer was you got a large combo. I told her I ordered a regular, no reply. Normally I would have insisted the order be corrected but since my daughter had already gone back to the table with her food from elsewhere I just let it go. This really irritates me though, I will return again and order the same because the food was good but if I get the same service with higher charge I will file a consumer complaint, Just be aware when you go there, get what you order, if it was just her mistake she should have offered to correct it, if it appears to be s.o.p. I will update and complain

If I could give this establishment zero stars it would be too much. First of all BIBIANA and the MANAGER MARIBEL were disgustingly rude. I went to pick up my order with all the Mexican girls up front who are extremely nasty as well. I made sure to check my sandwiches before I left and of course they were made incorrectly-nothing added mind you just a plain sandwhich..I brought the order back and MARIBEL the most clueless "manager" on earth and bibiana some cashier told me I was wrong... they don't even know what toppings go on what sandwhich. So maribel dumps a whole load of ranch on my sons sandwhich ruining it. I had to leave or I would have slapped her. Corporate has been notified and so will the BBB. Do better, your job is not that difficult.

It was the fastest place that I had ordered from and you could get to go or you can eat in the mall which is amazing and I had gotten to go and it was still hot and fresh when I got to the table

So bad. Waste of $15. Threw away two meals it was that bad. Tastes like someone took some thick roast beef and put it in the microwave.
The food here is good and the prices are great too. I really enjoyed my experience here and thought the staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and attentive.

Absolutely NOT a Philly Cheesesteak!! Wiz isn’t a choice on the menu. Only cheese selection is American or provolone. The roll was toasted.
