I should've read the reviews before eating here. I asked a local person for a good place to have breakfast...he recommended this place (maybe because it was the only one opened nearby). The waitress was nice but not attentive. I asked if the biscuit was homemade.....LIES THEY TELL! I ordered a sausage egg sandwich (on biscuit instead of toasts). The reviews were correct in stating that the foods are microwaved....not freshly made (you're better off at McD)! Also what diner sells $6 biscuit sandwich with no sides! Warning: do your due diligence before entering this place!

A lot of the staff here are incredibly bigoted. I’ve been coming here somewhat regularly but I can’t deal with it anymore. It’s not mistakes or ignorance, it’s on clearly purpose. Im tired of forcing myself to be polite to these scumbags. The first time I came the food was surprisingly great, which is why i kept coming back. But every time I’ve come back the food has been worse and worse. It’s not even worth it, it’s pretty gross.

Just like you see on TV Ample portions of wholesome food served promptly at a reasonable cost. 4 star rather than 5 as other waitresses seemed to be cheerier than ours

Very drab atmosphere. There was almost nobody here when I went in to eat. Table was iffy, pretty small and a little dirty. Nothing unexpected of a diner though.Cup was sticky on the top.Onion soup was average and mild. Nothing special.Waiter is very quiet and adds to the awkwardness. It would be appreciated if he would talk at least a little bit especially since it is almost silent in here.Food came. Ruben with french fries. Was okay, not many complex flavors. I would have preferred coleslaw instead of sauerkraut. The option to have a cold corned beef Ruben would have been better. The waiter was... kind enough, but very quiet and it added onto the already drab and uncomfortable atmosphere.I would have preferred someone that willingly interacted with the customers.Overall the food is only marginally worse than what I was expecting; nothing special; the atmosphere tonight was dim awkward and slightly dirty. The atmosphere makes or breaks a diner even if the food is amazing and in this case it broke the diner. If you're driving past this diner and want diner food then stop in and eat. Do not go out of your way to go here as there are several other diners that have better food in the area. The breakfast foods are most likely much better than what I had gotten tonight. To conclude: if you are in the area the food is decent enough, the atmosphere is awkward and only slightly dirty.5/10.

Coffee was brought out with the saucer of creamers on top, ok, except the bottom of the saucer was fully dipped into the coffee. Microwaved food judging by "be careful it's hot I just took it out of the microwave." Soup and chicken sandwich had a weird pungent sour and greasy taste. It's hard to overlook these things when every bite feels like I'll get sick... By the end we were very thankful they forgot our appetizer order. The waitress was very nice though

My family reserved the back room following my nephews funeral Wednesday October 19th. I myself an sister in law have never been to the Cherry Hill diner before. We had chosen to have it here because my nephew would come here frequently. I wanted to share how wonderful the Cherry Hill diner was. The area was clean & set up and ready when our guests started arriving. We had two absolutely wonderful friendly waitresses. The two of them never stopped helping with everyone's needs. They continued being helpful and friendly. Be it more dressing or a drink refill they were eager and willing to help. The manager walked around not just once but a few times asking if she could get anyone anything. I ordered the ravioli and they were delicious ,everyone I spoke to enjoyed their meal. I apologize for not remembering the waitresses names that helped us and the manager that made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend the Cherry Hill diner for your next get together. Or just to grab your next meal. I plan on going back again soon. Thank you again Cherry Hill diner for giving my nephew a nice place to go and get a good home cooked meal. My sister in law and I thank you for all the wonderful meals you served and the time and attention you gave our family and friends. Dawn

Quick service. Friendly staff!! Coffee wasn't as strong as I prefer it to be. The eggs and omelettes were decent. Corned beef hash was good. Would come back if i was near by again.

Really enjoyed my time with my family, the atmosphere felt calm and we came in around 6pm, wasn't busy when we came in but Several workers greeted us. The waitress assisted with our orders and we had a great time knowing each other. The food was nice and fulfilling. I couldnt even get to eat the dessert due to me being full but I would definitely come again!I just saw some negative review about attitude/Race. I say from my experience earlier today, we felt welcomed and no one was being unprofessional while working. I don't see any problems about race, so I assume the other user felt uninvited or something but for us people, they were friendly to us colored people.

This is the best diner to go to in the area of Cherry Hill.and surrounding. I went to 3 diners and this was the best.Coffee is tasty, service is quick and friendly.I had the best matzoh ball soup here and as a pancake fan I have to say these are the best diner pancakes I've ever had. No syrup needed! Light and fluffy but also sweet and savory. My friend had a dynamite Reuben that he claimed was also the best diner Reuben he'd ever had.Don't sleep on this place! Hungry? Go to Cherry Hill diner!3 people ate for $44

After living just a two minute walk from this diner for over 4 years I finally decided to walk over and have some breakfast. I was dying for some steak and eggs. The greeter is my only complaint. No personality. Didn't even say good morning, or hi, just stared at me until I said "just one" and they asked if the bar seating was fine. Plopped down a menu. That's my only negative. The greeter just seemed like he'd rather be anywhere else and be doing anything but be involved in a customer service role. Aside from that my waitress Lindsay was phenomenal. On point, super friendly and didn't smother me. She knew exactly when to ask if I needed anything, and to top off my coffee. She knew exactly how to provide everything I needed while at the same time just letting me enjoy my breakfast the news and enjoy my morning. The other waitresses I saw seemed equally as attentive and friendly. I ordered my steak and eggs and it was absolutely delicious. Exactly how I expected diner breakfast to taste. The coffee was on point and delicious also. Diner coffee is supposed to taste like diner coffee and it hit every check mark on how diner coffee should taste.

Had a couple great takeout meals here. Love the turkey platter with mash potatoes and stuffing. The soups are always good and their portions are nice and large. Really love this diner

This is a classic diner with the food and service you would expect. We’ve been here several times over the years and would recommend it when you’re in the area.

I highly recommend Cherry Hill Diner. I had the ChopHose Burger for the first time. Never had it before.
