DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!! I placed an order on the Cinnabon website for delivery. I received an email saying my delivery was be cancelled and I needed to call the location. I called the location and the manager, Angelina, told me that the location does not offer delivery. I've ordered from them twice before with no issues. I called corporate customer support, and they tell me I have to call Doordash which is the service they use for delivery. I placed the order directly through Cinnabon, not Doordash. I was charged by Cinnabon, not Doordash. I've spoken to multiple people and have yet to receive my refund and its been over a week. I was told my refund would take 2-3 days.I surely wont order from them again.

Is it even a mall without a Cinnabon in it? The smell as you walk past makes you do a B line towards the buns. That cinnamon is amazing. Reminds me of family outings at the mall. Very nostalgic. Love Cinnabon

Been wanting a Pecan Cinnamon roll, just needed a little more icing with the pecans....other than that it was GREAT!?????

Ok.. I absolutely love Cinnabon it’s one of my favorite treats to eat and it’s hurts my heart to write this. I purchased the 6 pack (which I normally get) and they were terrible! It’s almost like the box was super old and stale. I normally can just pop them in the microwave and they are good. This box.. not the case. They were super dried out and soon and I took it out the microwave it started to get hard. Come on Cinnabon! If the box is stale do us a favor and not sell them. For almost $20.00 for the box I am super disappointed ?
