This place either needs to shut down or change their crew , employees are playing games inside and when they take order it’s like they wana fight with you . I ordered a regular coffee but it was like a huge order for them to take care . I don’t even know who’s the manager but if franchise didn’t change their management they might just close this store .

Unprofessional and racist. When I walked in, the 2 employees clearly saw me and rolled their eyes and laughed/smirked. Then I was standing in line for 10 min when I was the only one in the line. The 4 employees were there, but none attended to take my order, none of them told me to use kiosk or anything. I realized they’ll never take my order, so I put my order via kiosk (a coffee & a doughnut) and even that, they didn’t get it right - they gave me the coffee right away but forgot about my doughnut. While I was waiting for my doughnut, few other folks came in. They attend their orders right away. I was baffled and shocked. I can’t forget the smirk and rolling eyes from the employees.

I visited this Dunkin Donuts yesterday and placed my border on the drive thru, when I got to the window the young lady asked my what my order after I had already repeated it twice. I told her and then she said oh I got it. She proceeded to hand me my Tea which was incorrect and I told her and she said well you have to take it because we have no more tea bags to remake it. So I took it handed her payment. She then said well we don't have any plain stuffed mini bagels only everything, well I didn't want that so I said well can I have my money back. She explained that she couldn't do refunds only a manager and so I said well get me a manager. She then asked me to pull up front. I did and waited but no one came out so I went inside where I saw another associate tending a gentleman there and I asked her so what are we going to do about my refund. She had no idea what I was talking about, keep in mind I am still waiting for my wakeup wrap as well. The girl at the window says well I told her we did not have the bagels and she had to pick something else so I pulled her up for her tonfigure it out. WHO DOES THAT. Long story short she said well if you don't get something else I am going to call the police because you are being disruptive so I said go ahead call them. So I waited until the cops showed up 2 patrol cars mind you for the Dunkin Donuts bandit. Asked for number of store and guess what number not in service. Cannot pay the bill I presume with service like that they should just close the business or hire people who want to work.

This Dunkin needs training, the nastiest ice coffee I’ve ever had in my life. I asked for a caramel ice coffee. She gave me an ice coffee with barely any ice with a pack of sugar sitting at the bottom. Every time I come here the quality of my drink is terrible. I’m not coming to this Dunkin anymore I’d rather drive further

Okay so, this place is right by my house. I go there for convenience because it’s on my way to work/the gym, etc. I’m most likely going out of my way to not go back ever again. They’ve messed up my order multiple times (giving me a plain non toasted bagel with no cream cheese when i asked for a plain bagel toasted WITH cream cheese, no caramel in a CARAMEL ICED COFFEE to name a FEW)… and my friends have had this issue too. Today I was on my way to work and the guy who took my order and gave it to me didn’t give me my debit card back… i didn’t notice so when i got to work i panicked and a family member went back and got it. but before this, i went on google and called the number to see if they had my card, and when i called this lady answered the phone in Spanish, clearly a personal phone number. It’s safe to say this isn’t the right number for this location, and this poor lady probably gets calls all the time. So i couldn’t even call to see if they had my card and my family member physically went over there. I appreciate them holding my card for me, but um, how about giving it back on the spot. I work in food service part time so i understand errors are made all the time (i make them every day) but to have so many over and over and that they forgot to give me my card back, it was just the tipping point for me.

Tonight was terrible. The young man working the counter had us repeat our order three times then again at the window. He didn't give us a receipt and took his time getting the order. We asked for three simple things.. when we said we want our money back he said he didn't know how and the other girl is new and oh no she just left. We drove away. No thank you and no telling what he was actually trying to give us. Worst experience at Dunkins ever.

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to the service is bad every time I make an order it never comes out right. A couple of times my son and I came in to order breakfast sandwiches the inside was cold the cheese was not melted. And sometimes when you have an issue it's like they have an attitude.

I was the only one online so I can't blame it own being busy. I ordered a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese on the side. Get back to work and I was given a barely toasted plain bagel. Shame on my for not checking before I got back to the office but it was one thing and no other customers.

This newer location is managed by a woman who is perhaps the most condescending person I've ever been waited on. In addition, you better check before you pull away because they will give you what you didn't order.

My boyfriend and I preferred this Dunkin for a bit until recently. Last couple times we’ve gone it just taste like water and they barely fill the cups anymore

Adventures of Tiffany

I placed a mobile order and used points to get munchkins. I get there and was told they have no bakery items left. I asked for a bagel and said I’d have to pay more. It was made out that it was an inconvenience. I needed to get somewhere and I was ok eating a bagel as a whole. I wasn’t given the option just that I would have to pay more. I told her I used points and that if I gave her a minute she could help. I was so pissed at this point between her attitude and lack of help I drove off. I don’t even care I lost 300 points because I left hungry and I wasn’t going to be helped and I have to go to my job. Never coming back here. Bad customer service.
