My boyfriend and I stopped here to grab bagels and iced teas. First to start I was only handed 1 iced tea and got attitude from one of the employees when I said I ordered 2. Then, another employee tried to say we didn’t order 2 bagels although our order was over $20.. they charged us 3.99 for cream cheese for each bagel and one of them had no cream cheese which makes zero sense. Employees were very rude and careless

The two young ladies working today were extremely polite, courteous and got our order perfect. They helped me with the Dunkin app and they were friendly the entire time. Store was clean, coffee tasted great!

Employee using same glove collected trash to serve customer, and hot coffee cup doesn’t even have Sleeves to provide customer to hold hot cup coffee and when you ask them they tell you use napkins for that , the worst Donkin service ever

I've been to some bad locations before but man this one is by far the worst, employees are rude and don't even know how to deal with free items from the app.
I went here today and all the employees have major attitudes. I never had one towards them, but I did receive one. I came here for two coffee and they were both wrong and when asking an employee about them, she rolled her eyes. The lady making the sandwiches had no gloves!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. A different time, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant with no cheese. I received bacon and cheese on a croissant with no egg. These employees need to be taught hospitality, and cleanliness. Will not be returning!!

I asked the girl to make me another hot chocolate because the one she gave me had the same color and flavor as the water, she made it quite angry, he gave it to me in a dirty glass, when I removed the lid I could see the chocolate powder on the surface. When she gave it to me I tried to be nice and I said omg thank you very much and I apologize for the inconvenience she didn't even look at me she just gave me the chocolate as if I were an animal. The worst costumer service!! And they are always angry at morning.
