All Dunks have gone downhill since they took away the chicken salad, stopped making the fresh croissants, over franchised their name and imposed all sorts of costs to those franchise owners which in turn they have passed on to the public. Remember when they used to use real egg on their sandwiches? Nasty tasting food, donuts are smaller and no longer freshly made at my locations, shipped in. Sadly, I only stopped here to use the bathroom.

Worse service I've had at a Dunkin'! No one greeted customers as they came in or informed them how to order if they're "machines were down". It took 10 mins for someone to acknowledge us. The worker didn't start taking orders on the register until some of us used the self serve kiosk.

Every time I go there, they mess my order up and then try to act like they have no idea what I’m talking about when I tell them they messed it up. The people at the window are always rude except the managers. It’s like you order, but they give you what they want to give you instead of what you asked for. I will never go there again.

Food is always good @ any DD you visit. But the lady @ the window is unpleasant and screams at me and gives me a hard time when she can't view the screen on my phone. I haven't been back since.
One person working 5:30 am. 3 cars in drive through. Takes 30 mins. 10 mins per car Late for work. This has happened here routinely after the new construction. Why in the world am I waiting this long it’s not a restaurant

I've been a regular customer here all during the new ownership, mostly because of the convenient location. I do tip as well. On quite a few occasions I've received the wrong order. The man at the window is pleasant, but the tall woman taking orders seems not to be sufficient enough in the English language to relay a correct order. She then accuses me at the window of ordering said wrong item. Today was the last straw and I am officially done with this place. My daughter and I were looking forward to frozen coffees and we received iced coffees instead. Regardless of who was right or wrong, you'd think they'd just acknowledge you expected something different and offer to make it. BUT NO! They would rather argue they're right than satisfy a customer. They just don't appreciate or recognize loyalty. Congrats - you lost another customer....Sayonara!

I ordered through the Dunkin app and drove through to pick up my drink. I realized my drink was made incorrectly and I had to turn around to get it fixed. The original drink was missing a flavor and had too much milk in it. Once I pulled through the drive thru, there were no apologies of their mistake and THEY DIDN’T even remake my drink since I asked for less milk & add the flavor that was missing….. They just added the flavor into the original mistake drink and gave it to me. I would expect a food service area to have better service and to remake a drink if it was made wrong in the first place. Bad service & not coming back here again
