Its is hard to understand the drive thru people and most of the time they can't understand you pretty much everytime I go here I get cream in my coffee I hate cream in coffee no cream extra sugar they do the opposite no sugar extra cream
I have been to this Dunkin Donuts multiple times and most of my encounters were not that good. Orders were made incorrectly, long waits - even when not busy (and I'm comparing this to other DD establishments), service was not friendly or positive.

Drive thru attendant did not understand English even after we tried to explain why the coffee she made was not correct. Someone else in store needed to intervene to finally get our coffee order correct.
