So rude, no manners whatsoever. Ordered my food then pulled to drive thru, the guy dropped my debit card on purpose INFRONT of my eyes and proceeded to yell at me, yelling “Ma’am you parked to far it isn’t my fault” and yes I get it that if it was a accident but my kids and me saw it. Then before all this when I was paying he was already looking annoyed at me because I had to grab my purse from the back. 4/10 customer service but food is nice.

We live down the road from this place and it is the only reason we go here. 50% of the time the order is wrong or the coffee it wrong. I’ll be driving the literal extra mile to avoid this location and I would recommend you do the same

Perhaps one of the worst dunkin' donuts I've ever had not only was your fingerprints in the icing on the Boston cream. But the only consistency through the whole dozen was that they were all sale I just oneDo yourself a favor go to a different location this one is horrible..

The worst customer service I’ve ever received at a Dunkin. The staff was very rude. I ordered a hot latte through the drive through. I got to the window, a different person took retook my order. They then gave me an iced latte instead of hot. I asked them for a hot latte instead because that is what I ordered twice, and the woman said “I can’t give you a hot latte because you said iced and I listened properly.” I have never encountered this at a single coffee shop. Terrible customer service and will not be returning to this location.

The customer service in the drive thru line is slow at best. Serving coffee is second to the employee FaceTiming her friend. Would not recommend.

The new store manager is horrible not friendly nor has good customer service do not greet or smile at customers the staff feel like they can't speak nor socialize with the customers I only stop hear now because my job is across the street from here if not I wouldn't even go here I wish I was able to leave a 0 star for the store manager
