We did extensive research to select the caterer for our wedding, and it paid off- Foodwerx was AMAZING. Everyone raved about the food, including some very picky guests who said they almost couldn’t eat dinner because they got full on the incredible appetizers. The specialized theme stations were all fantastic; and we can tell you that, as much as we agonized about making the perfect selection on everything, you really can’t go wrong no matter what you choose. The presentation of entering was simply spectacular.The crew…they were very nice folks, did a great job taking care of anything and everyone, and were great for us to work with. They made the day go incredibly smoothly. Greatest of all though was the head of the team, Roxanne DeHart. First, she kept us on track many months in advance, keeping things on our radar and keeping track of every decision and we needed to make and every arrangement that needed to be to be made. She was truly the wedding coordinator, well beyond the food. Roxanne managed the day of brilliantly; this included helping us determine whether to hold it indoors or outdoors, which- due to challenging weather- changed multiple times even in the last 30 minutes leading up to the ceremony (but the guests didn’t know that :) ). She just thought everything all day and all night, so we didn’t have to.We would recommended Foodwerx and Roxanne to anyone and everyone!

IF I could give half of a star, I would. I recently attended a wedding at the camden county boathouse. The actual boathouse was beautiful. Foodwerx was the caterer and they were TERRIBLE.... The food was packed up before all of the wedding guests were able to get into the buffet line. I found myself being the one to tell tables on our side of the room that it was time for them to go get something to eat. (It's a good thing I did or else they would not have gotten anything to eat) Wedding Cake.... the majority of the guests didnt even see wedding cake. Desserts weren't served.We were told the cake was packed up for the "after party" that didn't exist. Roxanne was the queen of disappearing. ROXANNE WAS TERRIBLE. She was rude, unorganized and was not approachable. As an immediate family member of the grooms family, she was not very welcoming when she was approached by me and other members of the family. Any time I would approach her with questions as I was the mother of a child who was in the wedding, she would rush me away and was very sarcastic and not nice. I feel like there is not enough time in the day to explain how awful she was. This is not her calling. She is not good at her job. She rushed us away and was full of empty promises. She would only say what we wanted to hear and then not make good on what she said she was going to do.Roxanne argued with the brides parents in front of the whole bridal party before they were introduced to all of the guests. (Very uncomfortable to witness that in front of children) She was supposed to order champagne glasses as the brides father purchased champagne for a champagne toast. She stated to both the bride's mother and father that " I WOULD KNOW IF THERE WAS CHAMPAGNE BECAUSE I WAS THE ONE TO ORDER THE GLASSED AND THERE ARE NO CHAMPAGNE GLASSES".I also would like to say that there were handicapped guests that she did not assist with special accommodations for them even after it was requested. I requested assistance to her directly multiple times just to have her disappear. I was the one who had to assist the handicapped guests as she was not helpful to them AT ALL!!! Not impressed and I WOULD NOT HIRE ROXANNE AGAIN! I feel sorry for the people who have to work for her!!! If you are looking for a caterer with a awesome wedding coordinator.. you should keep looking because ROXANNE with FOODWERX ISN'T IT!!!

Then I heard back from her again and again, immediately answering my questions and giving more information. I knew right away she was the lady I want to work with, and want to have with me on the biggest, busiest day ever.The months leading up to the wedding were smooth and I got a quick response anytime I reached out, email and texting. Roxanne helped me understand how the day would be organized, recommended how to handle the flair, and knew the venue like the back of her hand.The weeks leading up to the wedding started to become a bit more stressful (so much to do, so little time) but again, Roxanne was there to help and make sure everything was taken care of.The day of the wedding went down without a hitch. Roxanne arrived early and made sure the tables looked exactly how I pictured they would and checked with me to make sure everything was perfect. She worked calmly with all of our vendors, bridal party and guests when others would have become overwhelmed. The food was outstanding, presentation beautiful. The bartenders and servers were the nicest people and really helped my (now husband) and I feel special.We left with tons of food to enjoy over the following days, and it tasted just as good as it did the night of the wedding. Foodwerx did a wonderful job in helping my wife and I renew our vows at a 50th anniversary party. The food was excellent, as were the servers! The company was very helpful by providing a bar tender along with a cost saving way of obtaining the alcohol; they suggested I contact a Joe Canals in Delran, who brought wine and beer to the Haddon Heights Community Center…a perfect venue for our 85 guests. Everyone I dealt with at foodwerx was top notch - from Nick (the owner), Allyssa, Nicole, Jerri, and Taylor made the planning of our event as easy as possible.
We were married on July 7, 2023 at the Camden County Boathouse. We decided to use Foodwerx as our caterer because of the high quality reviews we had read much about, but also in no small part because we had read about what a great day-of coordinator Roxanne was! We discovered that, to no surprise, she was so much more! Roxanne helped us curate our menu from the ground up, and so much more than that.We loved the food and every guest from our wedding raved about not only the quality of the food, but the incredible variety and styles of food offered. We went with the Fun Package, and it was everything we could have hoped for. The hors d'oeuvres were wonderful, especially the coconut shrimp and the cheesesteak dumplings. The street food was also delicious, with many loving the Thai sesame noodles with pork pot stickers in particular (it was served with chopsticks in a Chinese food carton!). The entrees were also delectable. And the capper was a wonderful ice cream sundae bar in lieu of a traditional wedding cake. The sundae bar played really well on a hot summer day!Beyond the food, the catering staff was outstanding. They dutifully served all our guests, and as led by Roxanne, had everything ready to go exactly as they had planned. The ballroom was astonishing at first sight and dinner was provided as soon as we finished first dances and toasts. Once dinner was over, the ballroom was cleared out and we were ready for dancing and an evening of revelry. All along the way, we as bride and groom, were hand served by Roxanne and her staff, with plates of appetizers and dinner made for us while we attended to our many guests. Drinks were served to us, too!But, the best part of our experience with Foodwerx was working with Roxanne. As mentioned, she helped us create our menu, but additionally assisted us in many of the decisions we made about the design of our wedding, the floor plan, when to send out invitations, and so much more. And even though we didn’t actually meet her in person until the day of the wedding (in spite of having spoken to her at least a dozen times), we felt like we knew her incredibly well. Watching her work on the day of the wedding was mesmerizing, as she flawlessly coordinated multiple aspects of our big day, while never once showing a sign of frustration; in fact, she had the cheeriest smile we’ve ever seen! She was as instrumental to our wedding going as we had hoped as anyone else involved, and we are eternally grateful to her for making our wedding night, without a doubt, the best night of our lives!!

And even though we didn’t actually meet her in person until the day of the wedding (in spite of having spoken to her at least a dozen times), we felt like we knew her incredibly well. Watching her work on the day of the wedding was mesmerizing, as she flawlessly coordinated multiple aspects of our big day, while never once showing a sign of frustration; in fact, she had the cheeriest smile we’ve ever seen! She was as instrumental to our wedding going as we had hoped as anyone else involved, and we are eternally grateful to her for making our wedding night, without a doubt, the best night of our lives!!
I had foodwerx cater a birthday party at Everly at Railroad and they were terrific. The food was so delicious and Debbie the servers were professional and accommodating. Alyssa was wonderful to work with in picking the menu and making sure all the details were complete. I would definitely use them again.

I absolutely, absolutely would recommend this company.Roxanne was great. She listened to my every word and concerns. Roxanne handled everything. It was the best event.Mark was friendly and professional when my husband meet him.Nicole and Tammy were my servers and they were GREAT. I did not have to worry about anything. They allowed me to enjoy my party.Jessica was our chef and she did a fantastic job. My husband and I recently had the pleasure of using Foodwerx for our wedding at Camden County Boathouse. Roxanne was amazing! She was on top of every little detail and helped to execute our dream. She made sure the day ran flawlessly! The food was amazing! We’re still hearing from our friends and family how amazing the food was! The staff was accommodating and made sure all of our guests were taken care of. We are so appreciative of the Roxanne and the Foodwerx team! Definitely give them a go for your catering needs!
The setup and food at our daughter’s wedding was outstanding. People were still talking about it at the post-wedding brunch the next day. Roxanne took the time to make sure everything was working smoothly. Everything from food for the bridal party as we prepped to the appetizers to the dinner and desserts. Our guests with special dietary restrictions (including the bride and my sister-in-law) also felt very taken care of and praised the selections.
