Never got my refund for the smoothie they couldn’t make it’s been since 8/17!!

They were closed way before 6pm closing time. I waited over 20 minutes to see if someone would come. No one showed up.

I ordered through the app which unfortunately shows as DoorDash. When I got to the store I waited with all three girls on duty talking at register ignoring me standing in front of them until I said "hello" when I did they replied with "what do you want?" And I told them I was picking up an order. With an attitude she said she "isn't" doing any bowls and is cancelling the order. I didn't get a receipt or proof of anything. This is my SECOND time having an issues with this location. This week. It's three hours before closing.

Awful customer service. I went twice this week 20 minutes before closing and they wouldnt make me a smoothie because "they were cleaning to close".

So exited to hand Jamba in Cherry Hill Mall. It's near Macy's. You have to visit and get a smoothie, bowl or shot. The team was awesome. Thanks Michael for making my smoothie the way I like it.
