I have ordered boba drink online & they took more than 20 minutes to prepare the order after I arrived at store for pickup. When I have asked front desk about the delay.. the response was we have other customer orders..Customers who ordered after me got their orders first & they had 10 customers orders after my oderThe drink was too sweet even after selecting less sugar on the order

Found a piece of steel from some kind of a steel sponge in my boba tea from chewing on one of the bubbles?

It was my first time going in there. I was really surprised with how big the menu was. A little overwhelming but the employee working helped us make some delicious choices. Inside was clean and the place is awesome. Plenty of options outside of just typical teas.

It was my first time visiting this business and I’m glad I did! I tried their honey milk bubble tea. Very delicious, will be back again!

They were out of most of the menu the day I went. The drink I ordered tasted like watered down almond milk with some tapioca balls.

Run of the mill Kung fu tea chain.Exactly as you'd expect from a Kung Fu Tea, generic syrups and sugar. But sometimes that's what you want. Would recommend Peach Oolong or Mango slush.Though they don't wipe the rim of the cup before sealing so something's the tops not closed well or it's not common to get a sticky cup.The only worse offender around is Mr. Wish...

Kung Fu Tea In Cherry HillThe legend of poor service and Racism*****Will not delete this post until owner of the stores reaches out to me . People need to know about horrible service *****What can I say about the king Fu Tea in cherry hill..well I was excited to see this place after picking up fish from the local market . But my excitement was immediately karate chopped by this young short curly haired woman (with glasses) that seemed very tired and angry. So I tried greeting her with a smile. This was my first time here and looking at the big location I thought this was going to be good-I went up to the register where I met the short curly haired woman with glasses. I stared at the menu and said .. this is my first time here!!! And smiled . She said nothing and starred at me. I was waiting for some sort of response - but there was nothing . I could not figure out what I wanted so I simply stepped aside to let another customer order. It was about one min of awkward silence. When the other customer behind us walked up to order — the customer said I never been here before - what is popular. The curly haired woman with glasses then pulled out a card and told the lovely lady. This is our most popular drinks..I was very shocked .. because my wife and I would’ve loved to have known that there were popular items. If the curly haired woman would have just made some sort of effort - we would had a better customer service experience than receiving the Clint Eastwood stare down. After she helped the customer … it was our turn again but this time I calmly gave her feedback. Because she made me feel unwanted. I then told her for a better customer service experience it would have been nice to have told us about the popular items .Then like a villain in a Kung Fu movie this tall curly haired man ( i’m assuming he was the supervisor) popped up and started listening. So I turned to him and explained the experience. Again calmly and respectfully !! I explained again, that I would have loved to have known about the popular items- and .. he said in a very sassy way , “we don’t make a commission here!!”Now my Kung Fu is very strong .. I didn’t not let that comment get to me . As a Black man, I have to navigate spaces like these every day.I am shocked that these two white employees working at this Boba restaurant made me and my wife feel not welcome. It’s boba .. everyone is supposed to like bobaSo I ordered my drink anyway .. my wife decided she didn’t want anything based on the service rendered..No As the tall curly haired man handed me my drink. I explained to him - (calmly and gracefully) that his comment m — “that we don’t make commission here.” Was not empathetic to the situation- and based on the other interactions I observed.. the interactions that were toward me and my wife .. were based it’s based on the color of my skin . He turned away from me and rolled his eyes. And that’s when I had to share my experience with the wider audience, and I will be sending this letter to corporate office.I threw the boba in the trash.. it tasted of mediocrity and racism.Boba is black and delicious just like me.Boba comes in different colors and flavors just like all of us. But this location treats their black customers differently. I will not be coming back.

This Kung fu tea is the first boba place and Cherry Hill. Over the years, the quality and customer service has stayed pretty consistent. I always loved hanging out while here while getting a refreshing drink. My favorite is the yogurt series and is a must try!

If you're an avid boba drinker like myself, this is the place to go when in the area! Large selection of drinks to choose from, all drinks made to order right behind the counter! Service is always quick and there's plenty of seating to hangout as well! 10/10!

The location has parking and it's easy to turn off the highway into the lot. I ordered the Carribean Slushie with Boba and Takoyaki and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location and franchise highly. The rosehip lemonade is great as well.

They really took care of me and they handled my drink with care even though I was an hour late again. Please give Hibo and Darren a raise and promotion?
