This morning, April 2, 2024 at this store, if he is not really ready to work, the store should let him go home. He cannot bring the frustrations from his family all over the store's food and onto the customers. The customer is the one who feeds him, they come to the store to buy food, not to beg him. His attitude is unacceptable.

No surprise with a low review for a McDonald’s chain, however, there are a few rare locations that have not only fresh food(fries) but adequate service. Stopped by the 24 marlton pke location and this was not the case. No acknowledgment from the cashier until we called out for them 5mins later only to be given a rude answer. Ice cream machine down as well, surprise, surprise.

We came to McDonald’s at 9:00 pm and the dining room was closed even though the sign said 11:00 pm. When we ordered our food, they sounded annoyed. Then when we received our food we were missing a part of our order. The food was cold and tasted old. The person who gave us our order was rude as well, it was like she didn’t want to give us our food. We didn’t receive napkins. I don’t recommend this location smh.

A few weeks ago my family came to this McDonald’s to get lunch to go. My brother and I have celiac so we needed burgers made and served without a bun. The employees were very understanding and very helpful.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-Free due to Celiac

Charged me for a latte. Latte machine was down. They wanted to replace it with a regular coffee which is fine - except they wanted to do an even exchange despite a latte costing more. It was impossible to convey that I had paid more than the coffee already and I wanted the difference back. Instead they refunded my latte and left me standing there without a coffee. Bad service.

Alright prices great app. But their attitudes suck and they stay messing up or missing food. After waiting 5 hours and spending an arm and leg I would like to atleast still recieve the "fast food" I paid for. Step ur game up McDonald's you be better off if you hired felons atleast they work.
