I went to the cherry hill location, while ordering my food the employees were rude and yelling saying they didn’t hear me after I repeated myself multiple times. The guy heard me when I asked for the three finger combo so I don’t understand. I felt disrespected with the way they handled the situation.

Raising canes sauce was just as delicious as they say! They chicken itself was nice and crispy, it could have had more seasoning however I appreciated that it wasn’t salty. The fries were bland however and could be better. Over all I really did enjoy my meal and thought the Texas toast was a nice touch! I will be back for more!

When I placed my order I informed the young man that took my order I was using cash to pay, I was instructed to move forward In the line. I sat in the line for about 15 minutes, while other cars that was behind me have gotten their food and left. I finally flagged down an employee to help me because I just didn’t understand what’s going on. The heavy set gentleman tried to help, my order wasn’t correct and I asked for the manager and the manager never came out that was another 10 minutes of waiting. This will be my first and last time here! This service is unacceptable and the drive thru is unorganized! Beware if you have cash this same situation can happen to you.
