Some of the worst service I've ever experienced. Buyer beware, don't make the same mistake I did.

Rooms are clean and updated. Amenities are great. Nice indoor and outdoor pool, gym is nice. On-site restaurant was my favorite and making this my go to Everytime I'm in Philly. Close to all Philly attractions. Only downside was room service knocks on your door early so make sure you hang the do not disturb sign on doorknob before you go to sleep.Rooms: Clean and updated.Safety: No safety concerns here. Good area, good people, nothing sketchy.Food & drinks: Love the on-site restaurant. Staff is friendly, food is great, atmosphere is wonderful!

Great visit. The rooms were very clean with extremely comfortable bedding. The location is nice, things are really close by.Service was unusual. The young lady at the desk seemed zoned out for hours. Not sure if it's a medical issue or a recreational one so I still left 5 stars.

I would love to gibe this review no stars. I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and I got bitten by what looks like bed bugs. I informed the front desk and they moved me to another room with no other accommodations. The room they moved me to was dirty and I immediately left the hotel and booked elsewhere. I called IHG and left a complaint. IHG said that I would be receiving a call from a supervisor or someone of that sort to help with this issue. Instead I was called by the hotel manager who was upset that I left a complaint with IHG and immediately demanded to know why I left a complaint. I explained to him and he ended the call unprofessionally. I called IHG AGAIN and wanted to know why he called me so rudely and why I haven't been contacted by a supervisor or someone who could help resolve my issue. I let them know that at this point I was demanding a full refund. They apologized and still to this date I haven't been contacted by anyone besides the irate hotel manager. I was staying in the hotel from Monday-Thursday afternoon when I left. It is not Tuesday and I've called them yesterday and haven't gotten anyone (asked for a call back when a rep was available and received the call back but listened to elevator music for 33 minutes until I hung up) and I am currently on hold to speak to someone again (asked for a call back again within 5 minutes when a rep was available and it has been 15 minutes and I haven't been able to speak to anyone) so now I'm leaving a review and photos in regards to this incident.

location is close to philly and has ample stores and restaurants nearby.Plenty parking spaces, clean and new looking place.Krystal was at the front desk and she answered all questions cordially and gave us suggestion. She was very friendly and helped us at every step promptly. We requested a crib for our kid which was assembled by the staff in the room and it was pretty good quality. The rooms were a little cramped but had everything one would need. The pool was clean and warm.Having a towel cabinet there would be nice.It has nice snack stations.they also have a attached restaurant with a bar which was nice. They play live music on weekends.overall a nice neat with friendly staff in a convenient location. Its value for money.shout out to Krystal at front desk for a great service

The rooms are newer, great lighting, comfortable bed, adjustable thermostat, and plenty of parking. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no parking fee.

I have always booked this paticular location during my travels to Mt Laurel,NJ for work (This visit was on 2/28/24) The place can be hit or miss at times with minor issue can be dismissible. However, this time around, I found my stay a bit disturbing and disgusting. The room appeared clean ( as they usually are), but I had noticed some red spots on the covers.  I got closer to examine this. It had appeared to be blood spots. There was also some black substance next it.I took a few photos and proceeded to walk over down to the receptionist.  I showed the lady at front the decprecncy I had found, which she was rather quick to dismiss (seem this was not very concerning to her and was rather brushing me off). I explained to her that if this was a result of a food stain and it was atteped to be cleaned there would be smudge marks (that would also indicate the sheet was not changed) I also explained a stain like this if washed in commerical bleach would removed the stain if not it would make the color more dull. I then went on to explain that blood would soke into the fibers and stay embedded, if you bleached the blood, it would turn a brown/tan color. It may have been possible that housekeeping my had sustained an injury during room cleaning prior to the room being available, I had also found more spot at the window blinds cover. The receptionist did not offer me to change room or anything instead, I asked her to get me all new sheet (As these spot did fully penetrate into all the other layers) and had to step out for work  so no one would be in the room so housekeeping may go in and do their dues. Unfortunately, when I came back, all they left was a few sheet on the TV stand, I had to remove all but one mattress lining and place some of the sheets on the bed myself. I would not recommend this place with such poor customer service resolution.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This hotel is infested with mice. I was supposed to there for a full week stay for business and I had to cut my trip short due to the mice. I complained to front desk and they changed my room. As soon as I walked into the new room I noticed even more mice running across the floors of the room. I left the hotel immediately, which was a big inconvenience for me. I spoke with management (Nolan) recently about the situation and he was extremely rude about the situation. I’m an IHG member and out of all of my stays at various locations, this is the only location that I had this issue with. Very unprofessional and horrible service.
