I wish there was a higher star rating than 5 for the service. Our server was Annabel and she was the sweetest. She was on top of everything. Plus the food was phenomenal. We ate the Mad Love Burger and the Lava Burger. 10/10 recommended

came for dinner with my family and had a great time. we kept getting extra fries we hadn’t ordered (?) but who’s going to complain about free food? our server, alvin, was friendly and attentive and really took the time to make sure everything was correct when taking our orders. all of our food came out perfect and he checked regularly to make sure we didn’t need anything. i recommend the bonzai burger. so delish! definitely coming here again.

Haven’t been to a Red Robin in years. Food was just ok. Burger was really juicy. Fries were mid. Our waiter was great though! Prompt service and checked in on us frequently.

Took my family here for lunch and they liked it. The food was good. The shrimp appetizer wasn't horrible but no one wanted more after trying it. Burgers were amazing and my husband loved their chicken wings. My son had their ribs and said he would order them again.Overall a great experience. We also loved our server. They were busy but she made sure to check on us often. Definitely going back.

It is the best of the chain restaurants around. Menu is ever changing, which is good if you dine here often. The reward program really pays off. I recommend that you sign up for it.

Arrived around 6pm on Sunday. A busy time to go out to eat so we expected a little bit of a wait. We waited about 15-20 minutes then were seated. Not a big deal. The high chair we requested when we checked in was already at the table and was clean so that was a plus. Most places leave me standing holding my daughter while they go search for a chair. I didn’t check the time, but it was a bit of a wait before we were greeted and our drink order was taken. So long in fact that we ordered our drinks and food all at the same time. I’d say close to 10 minutes if not more. Was a bit of a wait then for drinks to arrive. Then the real waiting began. 30+ minutes before our food arrived. We had 2 kids burgers, 1 kids fingers, a shroom burger and a Avocabo salad. A very uncomplicated order. I run a very busy restaurant so I understand things happen, but our server didn’t stop by during the entire wait. She hit the other tables in her section to bring them drinks and apps but was a bit frazzled and rushing around. Didn’t come see if we needed more drinks, didn’t say “hey the kitchen is a bit backed up but it’s coming!” Anything to at least acknowledge the wait. I flagged down a manager and told her that we were waiting for a very long time and asked her to check on our ticket. She came back and said our food would be out next. I was very surprised that a restaurant that is kid friendly enough to give out balloons and crayons doesn’t prioritize kids meals like an appetizer. A runner eventually brought everything without the tenders which arrived soon after. We didn’t have any silverware so someone had to go grab that for my wife's salad. Our server stopped by a few minutes later to say sorry for the wait and asked how everything was. We told her the food was fine. After that she didn't check on us again. My wife ran out of salad dressing and wanted another one. By the time I saw our server again to ask for another we were ready to go. I asked for a refill on 2 French fries, a salad dressing and boxes. It was after 730 at that point. She brought back the sides and dressing, but no boxes. I managed to flag her down as she was waking past again and she brought the boxes. I assume your entire check out process is on the tabletop kiosk now but no one explained that, dropped a check or asked if we wanted dessert. We had a gift card and were having issues processing it so I was going to request someone help us but I couldn’t find any staff. We got it figured out.Overall it wasn’t a positive experience. 30+ minute ticket times at a place that has about 6 different items on the menu is unacceptable in my opinion. 90% of the orders are burgers and they don’t even need to be cooked to different temps. It’s busy, put on 30 burgers, drop some tenders and onion rings. Also, if your big thing is your bottomless sides, someone should be stopping by multiple times during my meal to see if I’d like more. I don’t know what your expo and managers were doing but it should have been damage control. Go around and hit the tables, make sure everyone has drinks, maybe send some chips or fries or something that’s sitting there ready to hold people over. At least pretend like you care about your customers. I’m not writing this in hopes of a refund or anything free, just letting you know that we had a crappy time and the food isn’t good enough to deal with lackluster service. We won’t be back.
