I came here a few months ago and had my first experience with Sravya. I went to pay on the card machine and it was asking if I wanted to tip and she flipped the card machine up a little to see what I was gonna tip. I took that as rude and I didn't tip and haven't ever since that time. Since that instance it's been terrible service she has such a bad attitude every single time I come here. Be aware of Sravya.

Disappointed. I was walking my dogs and wanted to get water ice. I asked for 2 cups of tap water for the dogs and my water ice. They wouldn't give me any water for the dogs and said I had to buy water bottles instead, even though I was getting water ice, but offered me cups for the bottled water. What the? Never again. I can walk to this location, but I'd rather drive to a different location than spend any money at this one

Extremely horrible customer service. Rude and very unsanitary. After having to ask for a spoon, it was handed to me by the part you put in your mouth with bare hand that just handled money and touched on everything. Been going to Rite’s for as long as I can remember and never experienced the service I have today. Safe to say will NEVER return.

This is the second time I’ve waited over 10 minutes to be helped at this Rita’s. After waiting someone drove up like a maniac, parked and hopped out of car to unlock door for Rita’s. Said he ran out because he had to get something and then proceeded to hand me the skimpiest cup of ice cream ever! With tax I was charged over 5 dollars for THIS. save your money and time, go somewhere else or a different Rita’s.
Understandably, all Rita Italian ice places offer the same products and prices so it interesting to see how the service is compared to others. Took my son and there was a long line. The two guys servicing the customers were awesome and never got stressed. They were even very apologetic were they had to refill the custard. They took care of the customers in nice time while being so professional. Great work! Will come back.

I want to thank Sophia! We arrived at the store and it was already closed. I had promised my daughter to take her out for her favorite treat of the week-a chocolate vanilla twist. Sophia was so kind and opened up the store just for my daughter and I can’t thank her enough. Not too many people would go the extra mile especially after the store was closed. Sophia was extremely friendly courteous and delightful in every way. Rita’s is so fortunate to have such kind and thoughtful staff members like Sophia.

This location was absolutely horrible today!!!! There were so many children working there the water ice was horrible!!! They were all over while one stood and ate an ice cream cone while waiting on customers!! I won’t return to this Rita’s!! There was no structure or order!! The kid scanned my phone twice and my rewards still didn’t register ?

Went for "lunch" with three of my grandchildren and had a great time. Flavorful ices with toppings (oreos for one, m & m's for the other) that were put in the middle of the ices, a touch of whipped cream. A frozen custard ice cream sandwich with perfect chocolate chip cookies. And for me a Misto, half chocolate custard and half cherry ices blended together. Sales girl was very polite and patient with the slow ordering of young kids. Love this place.
