I rarely give negative reviews, but unfortunately the Saladworks location inside the Cherry Hill Mall has consistently failed to meet my expectations for SEVERAL years. Today, the salad I purchased, which was slightly over $14, was not fresh. This is not the 1st time I’ve gotten bad salads from this location. I barely ate it and threw it out. On other days, when I’ve ordered delivery, I’ve gotten half of the portion size I was owed. Services on most days is subpar. However, today, I will note that the staff was very kind. If you’d like Saladworks, I highly recommend the Collingswood location or the one on Rte 70 in Cherry Hill. I’ve never been disappointed with them. I’m absolutely done with this Saladworks location for good.

The older lady mixing my salad didn’t care and spilt a good portion of my toppings onto the cutting board and then threw it out. She made my boyfriends

The staff is fine. They're not doing anything wrong, but oh my god... I don't know who's supplying the food products here but every time I decide to give them another chance it ends up being a horrible decision. The balsamic dressing is so dry that it's absorbing my saliva and makes me feel like my teeth are about to break off when I chew. The lettuce is depressing, the pesto glows in the dark, the avocado is always just barely salvageable. If this is a franchise location, shame on the owner operators. I'd be embarrassed.

Staff are very rude. Stood in line while three staff just stood there and chatted. So I walked away.

The employees Don't seem to excited to be there. You have to ask for every little thing ever a butter or a receipt. For as expensive as it is they skimp on the toppings, I had to eat the container too.

I had a turkey club salad delivered, while everything looked okay, the taste of the salad was unbearable and I could not eat it. It tasted like chemicals or plastic. My friend tasted it too, and agreed. I’m not sure if it was the dressing or the pasta, or something else. But it left a really bad after taste and I had to throw out almost all of the salad. If I hadn’t had it delivered to my house, I would have brought it back.
