It depends how vigilant you are. Carry your personal shopping bags on your wrist and/or bring cloth ones that fold into your bag & remove only when ready to bag. Never leave them unattended. Or ANYTHING personal. You may be watched & followed to see if you get absorbed in looking at items & steal! And don't shop when you're tired; this is when absence of mind occurs. Too many issues have plagued me at this location. ALL stores should periodically remind shoppers to keep an eye on their cart or keep your hand on your cart. I had asked the gym on Rt. 70 before it closed (for good) to place a sign upon entering to not leave items in window view when in their dark lot. They wouldn't. It's UP TO YOU to not leave items in your car, even on your driveway. Having moved to this area 6 years ago has posed MANY kinds of problems. People aren't being taught the 8th commandment nor putting it into practice.

Arrived 10 min before closing time and they said it is closed, also the shop is dirty

BAKERY REVIEW ONLY! I mistakenly ordered a birthday cake here instead of my usual and much closer Evesham (Ravitz) SR. The cake was beautifully decorated and utterly fresh and absolutely delicious! I didn't buy any food, just some plates and cups. I have to say, just walking by, it looked very clean and smelled super good - not sure what the scent was. It's doubtful that Ill be back here again, but the bakery rocks (I was perusing while I was waiting for my cake).

This is not my everyday supermarket, but it is much larger so I keep stopping back to try to like this place. I cannot stand it. It's a company who really doesn't want to talk to its customers. None of the floor people make eye contact so you feel like you're bothering them if you stop them to ask a question, particularly the deli department. The counters are at least 5 ft tall which makes it unable to talk to anybody behind the counter. I'm standing here after 40 minutes waiting for my Express order, I'm using Express very liberally, as on the automated ordering kiosk that says wait time 15 minutes. That passed about a half hour ago. And yet you still can't catch anybody's eye to ask them what the hell is going on. I will never come in the store again, and I will spread the word to everybody that I know not to give it a try either there's no personal touch to the store whatsoever, they may be good to the community which is just my guess just to make themselves look good, they don't really care

My usual SR is Yardley, PA., outstanding customer service, personable and extremely helpful. Today's shopping experience at SR, NJ. I had to return paper towels that were incorrectly priced (placed on the shelf with sale tag). The customer service employee and manager "Frank" went out of their way to tell me it was actually my fault that I grabbed the incorrect size/item. Frank didn't believe my story and said he'll view the security camera to verify my story...really?! Bottom line, my story was inaccurate and the security camera verified the item I pulled off the shelf was place correctly and I'm a liar. I asked to view the footage..."nope can't allow it". Okay Frank you didn't view any tape, you had no intention of helping me, and you're on a power trip.

I have used this store for a long time and spend a lot of money there. Yesterday I picked up an online order. While paying, the entire credit card system went down. I went out of my way to drive to the bank for cash and come back to pay. My online receipt said $150. I got home and the woman called to tell me it was $158 and I had to drive back to pay the $8 balance. I offered a credit card over the phone and she said that wasn't possible. I asked to speak with a manager who apparently allowed me to pay the $8 over the phone, "but just this once". Thanks for doing me the favor! You really needed to make such a big deal over my $8 that I was happily willing to pay?? Plus, my receipt still CLEARLY says $150. I am 30 weeks pregnant and on top of the extra hassle that yesterday was, the people in the store were nasty. One woman actually walked in front of me to take a cart before me. I don't need special treatment but the people are nasty there. Hope you do something great with my $8 because you lost my business. After this whole thing I called my mother who lives in Nutley- she said the credit card system went down at her Shoprite once and the manager announced that everyone in line can take their groceries for free. I would find that to be unnecessary and overly generous...but my $8....come on.

Vast selection and knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I was calling a bunch of Shop Rites trying to find My Grandma's coffee cake (try it - amazing stuff) and finally found it here! Mike in the wine department was super friendly and grabbed a bunch for me. 10/10 customer service! Now I have multiple boxes to gift to family and friends. Thanks, Mike!

I really have a love/hate relationship with ShopRite. Once I discovered that the stores are owned by different people and that service and goods varied greatly based on the owners, it really opened my eyes. This ShopRite gives me the MEH vibes. I can't quite place it. On the plus side, they can sometimes play great music overhead. Look for sales and check your receipts carefully.

"Hard Hat" Frank is, I believe, the most condescending store manager I have ever encountered. There is this thing called pride, Frank, and you clearly do not possess it. Instead, your arrogance over a carton of eggs is a detriment not only to your store but also to the entire ShopRite company. Competitors like Lidl, Aldi, and Trader Joe's will appreciate my business because your little store, clearly, does not.

Great groceries, but the food they make in store and at the deli is disgusting!! Like the potato salad, cold salads, sandwiches and any hot food...it is nasty! Unlike the food at nearby shoprites like Lawnside with great food

This store is dirty. Some of the staff is not so friendly, the rest are very polite.I was getting peaches and they were overripe. I asked a young man if they had more; he nicely went in the back to get them. They were beautiful. I heard, I guess, the manager telling him they weren’t bad yet. (I would not have gotten them if they didn’t have fresh ones)The store is being renovated; it wasn’t clean before that either.

Good selection def higher prices than over in jersey but that’s what ya get in the Quaker state

Worst. Curbside pickup. Ever. They will not include items they charge for, include items you didn't order, and text things like "we are out of bread, elbow macaroni, and tuna fish- there are no substitutions available" (really? No bread in the whole store? How wild.) Judging only from a curbside pickup standard, the store is often completely empty and does not have basic things like milk or eggs. There are so many shoprite franchises in the area, don't waste your time going to this one

Do not trust the deli section of this store. They use an automated kiosk to take orders. I have had orders lost or done wrongly. The last time I used it, I ordered two items, they charged me for two items, but they only gave me one. The store did NOTHING to correct this. I don't have any problems with the rest of the store, though the meat selection can be bad at times, the store isn't the cleanest place to buy food, and the isles are often blocked with restocking. Just don't use the deli.
