Service not friendly. I think the credit card terminal they have is a scammer. It charges automatically highest percentage of tips! You do not have choice. Everything way below compare to other starbucks. The cafe by Nordstrom rack is excellent in the same mall.

Ordered the Sausage Bacon and egg wrap. Got home and to my surprise not a single piece of bacon or sausage. It’s clear this location doesn’t value their customers and tries to cut costs where they can.

The cashier was tapping on her phone the entire time . There was also another female employee with blonde hair, skin tight pants and got a little smart with her mouth with me.

Last night I wanted a strong latte and went to the Drive Through. I asked the order taker if the grande latte had two shots of espresso; she said yes. I asked if she could make it stronger than usual by using less milk; she said that this would leave almost nothing in the cup. So I ordered the grande latte. What I got for my $5.06 was 12 ounces of hot milk with zero discernable coffee flavor. Contrary to what I was told, they could have used half the milk (or less) and gotten a much better result... assuming there was some espresso in there at all. A total ripoff!

10/17/23 terrible 7a experience. I live on the same street of this establishment n refuse to go back there. as I was placing my usual order 4 shots of expresado 3 pumps of white mucha finished w coconut milk over ice in a venti cup I normally pay at ALL Starbucks 4.96. every now n then rte 38 cherry hill Starbucks decides to charge 70 cents for a dash of coconut milk. today I ask why- a different person took over n said you want .... Drink n ask me how many pumps of syrup i said that's not the drink. The drink I want i Created It it doesn't have a name. she insisted this was the drink I wanTed i replied no it s not I don't want syrup she ask me why was my tone changing I replied why did you jump in to take my order when I was talking to someone else. She stood quiet. I then said never mind- I no longer want my order.I WILL NEVER step foot back into this store n will not allow my children, family n friends either! At least @7a shift

Every time I come to the mall and I haven been here trying to get my coffee the employees are rude, lack of kindness. They rather chat each other than make the drinks, I thought “ok we all can have a bad day” but every time? Is ridiculous! If you can work with costumers don’t do it, we all have things going on but we try our best to be kind to others.TERRIBLE!

The worse Starbucks everI’ve been going to this location 3 times a week in the pass 4 years , it’s only get worse every year . Employees are very rude , always with attitude, they don’t care about their customers. One of the employees always makes me wait longer than usual because I asked her why she is not smiling.They make fun of people there and clearly don’t care about you .I read all their reviews and I’m not surprisedStarbucks should close this location

Terrible service, rude employees. I ordered through the mobile app and they refused to make my orders, told me to call Starbucks corporate to get my money back and told me that they don’t have “ time to talk about this”. Out of all my experiences at Starbucks, this place tops the list for worst service.
