I work at the mall, so naturally I have had everything in the food court many times over. I enjoy the bourbon chicken and rice here, it's much much better than the product served next door at Yeung's Lotus Kitchen.

This place was disgusting- a belly button and something else inedible in Thai roll and slimy bang bang shrimp, not to mention sauce spilled all over the bag. Upon telling them they basically laughed and did nothing.

I like their coconut chicken and fried rice. It’s crazy though that they charge 25 cents for a bag, not that it’s expensive or anything but other restaurants in the food court hand out takeout bags for free. Other than that, food is good and I love the portion sizes

The employees here were racist,rude and very unprofessional! I purchased two separate platters of each chicken wings and fried rice. I was the only customer in line around 1pm. The old Thai woman took one container and put two dinners inside them; the other woman put the chicken wings in my order. The old woman had an attitude as the younger Thai woman . They charged me 17.40 for the two meals that were supposed to be in separate meal containers. I didn’t appreciate their rotten attitude. When I got home, I noticed that they ripped me off in the food portions: the meat and the rice. I won’t return there anymore since they were so rude and cheated me out of what I paid for.

The employees here are very rude and racist! I came here yesterday and ordered two separate platters of o chicken wings and one side.They became hostile as soon as I came to the counter. One customer had already took her order,I was the only customer standing there. The older woman took one container and put my side dish in it and the other woman put only five wings in the container instead of putting my two orders in two separate containers. They charged me nearly $18.00. I was treated very poorly yet I was polite to them. I took my orders home and looked inside; there were only five wings instead of six wings for two ordered and the side dish only look like it was for one person! These people deserve none of my business!

Last week I buy vegetable toffu curry not bad ,I went today I buy shrimp with vegetable rice ,my wife ,I buy toffu curry and rise ,toffu is old smells bad ,next time make sure not old stuff, I inform the cook.after my wife left over food ,to take home ask shopping bag ,they sell 25 cents ,that's not a problem I buy ,I explained even spoiled toffu I buy ,I didn't ask money back,but give one bag no charge ,they argued for 25 cents ,care full make sure fresh food.

I ordered the tofu with vegetables and sadly was disappointed. I remember this place serving better food but was let down at my meal . Food was drowned in oil and majority grease.

I am highly disgusted. I visited this location while in town. When I finished my shopping, I grabbed a coconut chicken platter from ThaiMax and was eager to bring it home for dinner. Little did I know, this place has a pest infestation. How do you have roaches fried into the kitchen? Not even just ontop of the food but they are cooked into it! That tells me the actual batter used was infested. I'm disgusted and disappointed. This business needs to run on better practices. They were also very rude as all I attempted to receive was a refund. They are so above reproach because they are in a hot spot where they will get business regardless. Owners need to humble themselves and take the cleanliness of their workplace more seriously. This is a culinary nightmare. I'd advise everyone to skip the mall food until this is addressed.
