The food is outstanding. The customer service not so much but not in a bad way. It's simply the culture and this is the closest to a home cook meal I have experienced. In every since!!!! LOL

DON'T ORDER ON THE APP! I ordered, it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived and didn't leave until 45 minutes later! Six people came in, ordered in person, and left before me! With every order that came out, I was told, "We're working on your order." I get home and two of the platters were wrong! I actually spent $90 and was disappointed.

Really tasty Jamaican takeout food, at a good value. For $8 lunch special, I got a box of goat curry over rice and beans, with a nice vegetable mix on the side. Everything was very flavorful. I ordered a vegetable patty which turned out to be a beef patty, and that was okay. But please, if you come here, get the curry goat.

I never leave reviews but I felt obliged to warn everyone of this place. This is literally the worst food I've ever tasted in my life. I ordered the Island Stir Fry with Mac and cheese and candied yams. It was literally the most disgusting food I've ever tasted. The stir fry was so salty, the Mac and cheese was stale and tasteless and the candied yams were just horrible. It had a weird smell and tasted so horrible that I couldn't get passed the second spoon. I had to stop myself from throwing up. 1. This place needs to close immediately. The chef CANNOT cook. 2. I repeat the chef cannot cook. If this is their passion, I'm sorry but they need to find another passion because this is not it. 3. If you disregard my review and still decide to give it a try, enter at your own risk but don't say I didn't try to warn you. Finally, they cannot COOK. They need to close up shop and never cook again. Just disgusting. It should be criminal to cook this badly.

Absolutely 100% disappointed!!! I made an order of $18 escovitch fish for delivery. I opened the tray and the fish was so hard and dried up that I couldn't even get the fish off the bones. I tried to chew a piece and it was like gum. Flavor was excellent just wish I could have eaten it. It was not freshly cooked for my order. This is my 1st and last time trying this place. My intention was to plan a dinner for my JAMAICAN boyfriend at this restaurant, but I wanted to try it first. Glad I did..I would have been cursed out..lol. I'm supposed to receive a refund....Let's see if that happens!!

Decided to give this place a try after passing by it a few times. We ordered the stew chicken with cabbage, rice & peas and whiting with cabbage, rice & pea's along with plantains. The food was ok. A little dry and saltier then I would have liked but edible with a nice flavor. We like a little gravy for over the rice and there was none. The plantains however were cooked perfectly and believe it or not that's usually not the case with a lot of places so it was a plus. They also carry Veggie Tarry drinks which was great. Overall we probably will try it again, not anytime soon since we're literally going back to Jamaica and a few days.

Fantastic J*** chicken, Mac, Plantains, and the Rum cake is extra amazing. It has a wonderful spice and aroma to it, I just wish I could buy a whole one $5 a slice hurts! Sell it and I'd buy it every week! Great taste and great value. Definitely going to be a regular stop for me.

BEWARE!!! They will NOT ACCEPT YPUR GROUPON . The family member doesn't know how to process a Groupon order , and your told to come back when the manager is there ( but of course they ha e no idea of when the manager is available ) !!!! . I ordered anyway and paid . Well when I got home the food looked like it was reheated . I was alil skeptical in the 1st place cause it's not a busy place and no orders were coming through on the phone while waiting . The food didn't seem fresh !!! I will NOT RETURN !! They need to let all employees know they're on Groupon .

Ate at many Jamaican Restaurants and this one is average. The food portions is too small for the price in comparing to other Jamaican restaurants, nearby. I guess they figure they're in Cherry Hills so they can do so. But I like the way they plastic wrap the food up in cause of spills.
I Googled and found this spot was near me. I'm so glad that I did, because the food was really good. I saw the menu posted online, but didn't see oxtails on it, which I was disappointed by, but I figured to go give it a try anyway...however, they do have them, so I ordered the oxtail w/ beans and rice and the side of cabbage entree for $20 with a mild jamaican beef patty and the total was a little over $25 ( I got a soda too). I've never had cabbage with peas and corn, but the flavor was so fresh and light that it was very easy to like. The spices were right and not overwhelming at all. The meal portions were more than enough for 2 days and I'll definitely say that the oxtails were just as tasty the 2nd day. I will definitely be going there again, for the price, and for the portions, and let me not forget to mention the friendly people that work there. If you're in the Cherry Hill area and you want a tasty meal, you should try this island gem.

This place doesn't sell the freshest food. I bought a bunch of food to take out because they aren't doing dine in. I had the runs for the next 24hrs and threw away most of the food. A big waste of time and money. Won't be back.

The service was good and quick. The food was a little lackluster. I ordered oxtail that came with cabbage and rice and peas (two peas to be exact lol). The Oxtail were covered in excess fat and the rice were soaked in oil from the oxtail. The cabbage was pretty good.
