Used drive thru. All l I had to do was go back in for a straw and spoon. They completely ignore people that return for orders to the point where I said "excuse me" 10× and ignored by 8 different employees, for only the manager to have the balls to come up to me (first person to ask me what i needed). Food got cold because a 2 min. interaction turned into 20 min, and there wasn't even a line.

Let me start off by saying this used to be one of my favorite Wendy's to go to but lately the service and the quality of the food has been a disappointment. In the last month I have visited few times and every single time they don't have any bake potatoes like how and why it's a potato how hard can it be to have them available and my burgers lately have been stale and cold I don't know what's going on but sure hope it can be fixed
My order was all messed up. Items were missed. So that's money wasted. If the managers ans employees weren't busy flirting and being all touchy and Feely at the drive thru window there would be better service.

Good: when we finally got them, the singles were delicious and made correctly. Bad: everything else. Not worth my time to elaborate on all the mistakes. Wrong food twice, wrong drink, long wait for the order and a longer wait for the replacement. Never did get our baked potatoes. Customer-facing staff needs to be fired as not one of the 4 we spoke with showed any interest in doing their jobs.
A clean restaurant, and one of the better Wendy's I've been to.
