Macarons are by far my favorite dessert, and woops! is By far the best in the states. So fresh, so amazing and just sweet enough. They are from Paris. I cannot wait to have more.

This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of some policy that there making they have a boxes of different sizes online. You can Order it online no problem. But I was shopping with my family in the mall and my kids wanted a couple of them so I asked the guy for a box of 6 which they have online and on their own menu and they salesman said we’re not allowed to do that anymore. We have to either sell the 12 or the 18 and I’m like what are you talking about? He says we ran out of boxes of 6, so we’re not allowed to put them in bags we have to sell you 12 or 18. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard, why isn’t the online fixed about this if you run out of boxes then why can I still order it online? How do I know the guy didn’t put the box to the side of the smaller boxes and forcing anybody to come up there by the 12 and 18? I can assure you, I will never be stopping at this location again. Just like anything else they hire a kid to do this and he’s On his phone the whole time and looked very aggravated that we were there buying from this location. They won’t let you buy 6 which is on their menu and put It in the bigger box or bag. Nope. Either the 12 or 18 pack On top of that he was like I’m not allowed because I’m being watched so that makes me think this place is doing it on purpose I can assure you, I will never be purchasing from them again And to be honest with you, there’s a place in Pittman that makes them better.

The new owners have truly elevated the macaron game, and my recent visit was filled with festive cheer and exceptional service.First and foremost, the staff's knowledge of their products was impressive. They guided me through the tempting array of macarons with enthusiasm and expertise. It's evident that the new owners are passionate about their products, and their commitment to quality shines through in every bite.What truly set this experience apart was the genuine holiday spirit exhibited by the team. As I sported a Santa Sportcoat, the staff not only noticed but also generously gifted me a complimentary macaron, a heartwarming gesture that perfectly captured the joyous atmosphere of the season. Some of the best macaroons I've ever had. The outside is super soft but firm at the same time (the way macaroons do) and the flavor selections are great. Dulce de Leche & Salted Carmel are the standouts but they are all a bit! I had them at the Christmas Village in Philly.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Customer service was absolutely horrendous every time I go into cherry hill I stop at the vendor to purchase it became a tradition for myself and my family. As we were leaving today we stopped by to purchase. My family and I approached the counter and I said "hey how are you?" We proceeded to wait since the guy behind the counter was on his phone with his air pods in as if there wasn't a customer. I said "can I order?" again no response before I had to say the same thing again a little louder. I began to place my order only for him to cut me off and say we only sell by boxes and I said ok that's fine and proceeded to order again where of course he cuts me off once more and says what size box. At this point I'm already annoyed with the service and the way he was treating customers especially with the fact that he was paying more attention to his cellphone thn his job. Honestly I should have walked away without giving the company my service because of how terrible the experience was. Definitely am going to reconsider giving me service as often as I have been. Please train this employee on consideration and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
