Spacious, beautifully designed Starbucks location. Friendly staff, and my chai tea was made great (it does not usually taste good at other locations). It's a bit of a drive for me, but I would definitely come back here and spend time in the space and get tea!

Frequent this location almost daily for a coffee run at work. Drinks are hardly consistent, very expensive for what is offered, and extremely long wait times. Despite it being busy, staff always seems pleasant.

Starbucks is a very great place to have breakfast and a coffee, but the drive thru is always terribly crowded. One time me and my daughter were waiting 15 minutes to get up to the speaker and another 20 minutes to actually get the drinks and pay. It is a perfect spot. Has an Athleta, ShopRite, and a Jersey Mikes near.Vegetarian options: It is mostly vegetarian, not sure about the sections but recommended.Dietary restrictions: They have dairy free drinks and food. I believe they can use oat milk or almond milk instead of just regular.Parking: They have lots of spots, and an open mall! You can park anywhere and then walk from one shop to another.Kid-friendliness: It always has caffeine free drinks and other options for kids. They have milk (chocolate or no chocolate) and juice boxes in the line refrigerator. It is a very well, and recommended spot. Very kid friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: I believe it has no stairs, therefore wheelchair accessible.
I love this Starbucks! Fast service and my order is always right. My favorite barista is Steven. He’s the best! The cafe is clean and atmosphere is calm and welcoming, plus the drive through is fast for coffee on my way to work on Saturday mornings.

I visited your Chester store today on route 206 in Chester NJ at 7:26 pm and my service was awful in the drive through. I waited for about four minutes before someone greeted me. The young lady didn’t even speak. She handed me my food and proceeded to say” I’ll be back to collect your form of payment”. She came back and scanned my card and I informed her that I also got two desserts. She said “they’re coming” and shut the window. Go figure I tried reaching out to customer service and it’s nearly impossible to be connected to a live agent. Almost makes me feel like this is done on purpose so no one can submit customer service queries.

Customer service is absolutely wonderful here, always friendly and smiles everywhere. Drinks are wonderful and always made right. Staff is very patient with customers, one of the best starbucks ive ever been too! Biggest ones too, plenty of seating.Parking: Lots of it!Kid-friendliness: They offer no caffeine or low caffeine drinks for children and have many childrens drinks and snacks in general.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible for mobility aid users
Omg. This place took 20 min to get my drink. Refused me to use my points because she already collected the money which she was holding in her hand. The coffee tasted burnt. Poor costumer service. To the point of rude.

The service at this Starbucks is horrible. I was baffled. We waited for our drinks for over fifteen minutes alongside 14 other people. There where plenty of workers, that wasn't the problem. The problem is that they placed mobile orders as priority over in store customers. I understand there are mobile orders, but you shouldn't just be fulfilling the mobile orders and not making drinks for anyone in the store. To add onto that, the lady who took our order didn't know what she was doing at all and had to cancel and redo the order three times. Then, when they finally got around to making our drinks, I saw her behind the counter, making a drink with a cake pop in her hand, the whole entire time, instead of putting it in a bag. That means the cake pop could've touched a lot of things, and it also slowed her down because she was only working with one hand. Bonus points for NO toilet paper in the bathroom and no strawberries in the strawberry açaí drink. I will not be returning to the Starbucks and I think that the workers are lazy and full of much unneeded attitude. It seems they care more about their invisible customers then the in store customers. Below, I have attached a picture of all the mobile orders fulfilled while NO ONE in the store got their drink and none of the people who ordered the mobile orders came to pick it up.
