Cute café in a shopping center. I had a turkey sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on an onion bagel. It was a little on the dry side in regards to the sausage, but very savory and filling overall. Coffee was decent; I got an iced latte. Great spot with lots of tables to sit and catch up with a friend over delicious food.

Cozy little business that sits in a strip mall but deserves more attention.Their breakfast sandwiches are always a major hit for me, but personally I feel their bagel quality has gone down in the last year or so. Also, if you order in person it may take a bit to get your food so I suggest ordering ahead of time.I still recommend this place for a quality breakfast but just keep in mind what I mentioned.

Delicious bagels, sandwiches and burritos. They're always friendly and the food is always good. I can't say my order is always correct, but for such a busy place, mistakes happen and all the food is good so I never complain. Amazing how egotistical people get when their order might not be right. My only complaint is that I wish they would wipe down the line between sweet and savory orders. My sweet orders always taste like everything bagels which I despise because the seeds are all over the counter and then they get pressed into the bottom of my food. But again minor issue and I don't bother complaining. Just something to be aware of. I don't go to any other bagel place this is it for me and mine.

I reaaaaaally don't understand how you can mess up a breakfast bagel when that's essentially all you make ? me and my wives food was ICE COLD. And it's not even the drivers fault cause the cheese wasn't even melted so to me and anyone else who has ever prepared food would tell you that if my cheese isn't even remotely melted then the contents in the tin foil(WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO TRAP HEAT) isn't hot at all. Tossed it cause I didn't wanna get my family sick. Be careful when you order from these guys won't be coming back I'll go eat nasty Wawa at least it's cooked. You guys really stinked it up this time ?
I ordered from here on DoorDash for National Bagel Day. Was very pleased with the cannoli cream cheese. Bagel itself was ok, but cream cheese was the winner here. Iced coffee was good as well.

Probably some of the best bagels in SJ. Consistency in dough quality very good. Consistency in bagel size and toppings is all over the map. Their rollers don’t pay attention to size and shape of final product and their everything bagels range from sesame and poppy to onion poppy. It’s all over the place and as one who really enjoys a good everything, I’ve grown accustomed to skipping them from Bagel Cafe. 3.5 stars is probably closer to right rating.

Review Update: What arrogant people. They responded to my review of a simple plain bagel with nothing extra involved so arrogantly. Telling me they were too busy to get my "complicated" order in a reasonable amount of time and that I should go to Wawa instead. Well, you're definitely not getting any more of my money. And I'll tell everyone that I know to avoid this place at all costs. Again, not even an apology. I can't wait to see them out of business. Heres a tip- if you can't handle servicing your customers then you probably shouldn't, and eventually won't, have a business. Initial Review: I know the food is good here but....I just stopped in for a plain bagel, not toasted, nothing extra. But they made me wait way too long just to put a bagel in a bag. I eventually asked for my money back because I just couldn't wait any longer. They need a better system for customer service. It's just non existent here. Good food or not, I'm not going to stand around for lengthy periods of time for something that you just take off the rack and throw in a bag. They didn't even apologize. You're not gonna get any more of my money.
