Rude customer service reps

I am a plus member I usually go in the mornings, and the customer service representatives are very rude not friendly and tend to be bullies.I would like to escalate this problem I have with a supervisor but at this location I just feel like they don't care like they could care less. They have bad temper and are extremely rude. I believe they should be friendly and kind and understanding representatives but they are the opposite. Nasty and disrespectful, and this isn't the first time I been having to deal with those customer service representatives. They treat this location like a concentration camp and their a bit racist towards Latinos because there were white people around me at the store and the black lady directly singled me out. I didn't appreciate her tone and vulgar attitude.The Spanish lady there was rude too, I can't believe she started to be racist towards her own race. Let the customers shop and let them shop in peace. I don't want to shop their and people being disrespectful and in different languages.There needs to be a care training needed to be done at this location.

So how is it that they can't just get their gas prices right? You call the store either it keeps ringing then disconnects you or they say they aren't allowed to give you the gas prices over the phone. Then you get there and they have two different prices advertised. See below pic. I was pleased when I went to the pump and asked the Gas Attendent how much it cost and he said the lower price.

This is just your run of the mill Sam's club, they don't always have all the express lanes open and lines are seem pretty long which is annoying. Also I've only been to customer service twice but both times were very slow. They just started this new scan and go line with the app that I saw when I was there so I just downloaded and I'm excited to try that to see if that can get me out faster. If you're not a member the gas is cheaper

What's has changed with your rotisserie chicken Sam's Club Delran NJ? The last few weeks purchase shows no flavor like always before....what gives??? I have been told by previous associates that your rotisserie chicken was put through a marinating process....could that now be ommitted??? Check it out because this is a big negative change in your end product and why many patrons visit on a regular!!!

Best place to shop and save money. Cinnaminson Sam's Club of the year 2020 with great employees and managers. Great Member Service with 100% Member Satisfaction. One place to go and you get all you need, whether it is groceries, houehold items or fresh meat/deli/bakery/produce not only that but fancy clothes and jewelry for very low prices. I've noticed that there are quite a few negative reviews for this Sam's Club... This is my local club and I've never had a problem with the staff here and they are always friendly and helpful... I go here for many different items from food to glasses... Plus members get quite a few discounts and a possibility to get money back at your next membership renewal... Also if you wear glasses you get a 20 percent off your purchase...

I've been a member for 30 years. Love Sams but now with this COVID19 problem they are out of items all the time. Chlorox Wipes, Soft Soap, #4 Coffee Filters (conical). Is there any way we can reserve these items for pickup?

Great experience! I feel bad for not getting her name, but kudos to the woman working online checkout first thing this morning. She went above and beyond to fill our online order.
