Ordered a Pepsi online but when I got there, none were available and barely any effort made to rectify it. Most of the pepperoni on my pizza was burnt...maybe it stayed in the oven too long ???

Hot and ready pizza was decent last time I visited was 10 years ago. When pizza was still 5-6 Dollars ?? but that's life and inflation for you. Guy who took my order wasn't to friendly also gave me a plain when I asked for pepperoni. He did change it, when I noticed, but meh it's a quick bite when I don't want to wait for my food to be made on the way home. It did the job ??♂️.

I have been to this location a number of times. In the past the service was poor, and the gentleman behind the counter charged me differently than the menu listed. In fact, I complained to corporate about this location previously.But when I visited on Sunday, July 16, I received the best service that I have received at a Little Caesars Pizza establishment. The woman behind the counter was smiling and laughing with customers. She greeted everyone that came in and made everyone feel welcome and it was a very welcoming atmosphere even for a simple takeout restaurant. I don’t know if it’s under new management or maybe they’ve hired more people to work in the restaurant, but I am very pleased. I will continue to patronize this place if this is the new level of service I can consistently expect.

Was good at one time! Over charge for classic, check your receipt, chicken is over cooked and dry and pizza burnt. Manager very arrogant!!!
Ehh It's edible, I guess. We normally do not order from here. However, T-mobile Tuesdays have been giving out vouchers left and right, so why not?To give it a try we ordered the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni because I love pepperoni. Every pizza is supposed to come with 100 slices of pepperoni. Well I only counted 68 or 69. Let's just round to 70. That is still 30 short of their promise. I was a bit disappointed, but not surprised. I am sure YRMV. The pizza itself was not good. The dough just was not working for me.Two stars because of the grab-and-go convenience. All I had to do was scan the QR code from my receipt and grab my pizza out of there food warmer.I don't think I will order again, unless I receive another voucher to feed my son and his friends. Even then, I am afraid the kids will hate it.

I told myself I will not come back there in the evening on a Friday. before I set foot in the store because their parking lot is tiny & jammed. I went inside entering my code multiple times but could not get access to pizza. I told what looked like a manager that I ordered an 1 hour ago and can’t access with the code. (I’ll admit it was my fault that I took an hour to get there from where I came from). The manager allowed a call from another customer to interpret his helping me. He talks for more than a few minutes to the customer forgetting all about me. I get the attention of the next person behind the counter. She asks the manager who comes back and doesn’t seem to recognize me from a few minutes ago. He tells me “hurry up” and speak to him. I was taken aback. I don’t think I want to go there again, because if he speaks to me like that again, he’ll get a good tongue lashing. I know it was a stressful time for them, but not a good way to speak to a customer like that and he never apologized.
