Old world, bakery, Italian bread, pastries, danish, cookies. Every day is an extra day with them. These people are a treasure. Do not wait to go there.

Excellent kolaches - the mixed cream-and-fruit ones were better than the fruit-only, but both were great. We got some bread pudding, as well, which was only okay; I wonder if it was supposed to be reheated? Got three pastries, paid with a five dollar bill. Felt like I had time-traveled to the sixties. Astonishing.

This is an extraordinary bakery worth going out of your way for. We asked for the picture-perfect Sicilian seeded semolina loaf in the window to be sliced. While he was slicing and bagging it for us we tried to decide what to eat, a difficult choice since it all looked so good. The wife got the cheese Danish she'd been craving. I got a slice of layer cake filled with vanilla dulce de leche and covered in chocolate. We got another pastry too. And a small coffee and a large coffee. Everything was very good, and the server was real nice. Total damage? Twelve dollars! I felt like a king, and gave the homeless person outside a dollar. To go only.

Very cute place. Could just as well have been in a small village in Spain. Nice service. Good variety. Will like to come here again. Cash only.

Love this place ❤ always visit after our trip to the VA in E.O. Was born and raised in Orange. This bakery brings back memories and the taste of good fresh baked Italians bread at resonable prices.

I must have hit this bakery on the wrong day or time. I was so disappointed! I went at noon. There was hardly anything in there. No pastries or anything sweet to pick from. I bought 2 butter, sugar croissants. They were stale. Not buttery or flaky. I bought some other kind of twisted pastry thing with Surat on it. Also stale. It was dark in there and nothing looked appetizing. I wouldn't go back, that's for sure. I thought I was going to a great Italian bakery. Not so. Nothing in there. Maybe it's only for bread.

Stopped to pick up dessert for after dinner and was blown away. It was my first visit and it won’t be my last. I ended up buying beef empanadas, coconut danish?, guava and apricot danishes, fresh whole wheat bread, and a pastry from the refrigerator with coconut. The staff and owner? was super friendly and I was even given a French baguette on the house to welcome me to the area. As an ex restauranteur, I understand that great customer service keeps the customers coming back. So far I tried the empanadas which was delicious with absolutely no filler, just meat and spices, the dough was soft and yummy and the coconut danish was chuck full of coconut and amazing. Can’t wait to try the rest. Everything tasted very wholesome and natural.
