I really want to make this one of my go to places but the online menu stinks. It’s not functional like it should be. You can order side items unless you add it on to something you ordered. If you put option for bagel w cream cheese you can pick the cream cheese but not the type of bagel. If you order a bagel you can’t pick the cream cheese. So absolutely frustrating the options or lack thereof on the online ordering. I wish they would fix it already.

I love breakfast from bagel supreme. We used to go to the diner in Linden & now we just go here for breakfast, bagels, & coffee. Everything is fresh & prepared when ordered.

There was a change in Ownership a few years back i think, but the same (not rude, but not friendly) staff is still there. My friend and I were sitting in the dining room eating an egg sandwich and a cockroach was scaling the wall heading towards our table really fast . It was disgusting. I know most restaurants have them but you just don't want to see them. Especially in the dining room. We immediately brought it to the attention of the staff they came out and killed it. And just went back behind the counter and carried on, Not one of them apologized . Needless to say we couldn't finish our food because we were disgusted by this.As we were leaving we said goodbye and not one of them responded to us. Almost as if they were annoyed with us. We didn't make a scene at all when we saw the roach, just calmly told them to come look. Looking around after this episode in search of the possibility of seeing another roach I couldn't help but notice how filty the corners and the food display cases were.I will never go back!.

I was in town, visiting, friends and family and needed to pick up bagels to take back home to Florida. These are probably the best bagels that I have had in years!! it is very hard to find everything bagel with salt so you can imagine how excited I was when I tasted one of these I went at 6:30 AM and The bagels were hot and fresh with many different flavors available. My son also got a muffin and he said it was delicious.

Can be a hectic long line on Saturday and Sunday morning when you're picking up bagels but overall they're friendly and try their best given the circumstances. They're always friendly and warm and the food is good so the line doesn't bother me so much. I like them, nice people.

I have been to other Bagel shops in the past. When I arrived to this shop I enjoyed the atmosphere the food and the staff Shu and Veronica that great me every time I got with a smile and greet service. Fast forward 1.5 years, I still come to the shop because they have not changed. They are amazing with the food and service. Don’t ever change.

I have picky bagel eaters and this is where my people want their bagels from. Tasty bagels, busy, plenty of parking and a tidy store. I was surprised at how clean the inside is. They have a couple of tables if you want to dine-in, loads of juices, bottled smoothies and other beverages as well as the typical flavored cream cheese. Prices are fair. Each time I come the bagels are hot off the press. They are nice enough to cut them and even individually wrap them for the office. They're busy so the counter service is a bit rushed but I expect that when the line is out the door on a Saturday morning.

Reliably delicious and great variety. Soft and chewy bagels with an outer crust that crisps up and bubbles in the toaster. We will be back again and again.
