My hot vanilla chai was extremely cold! I had to go back in to get another. I also bought hash browns for the kids and later found out after driving off the hash browns tasted like soap. Definitely not coming back to this

Walked in at 5:10pm on 11/26. 3 men working behind the counter. Waited in line for 5 min. Asked if anyone was taking orders. 1 worker replied we're busy right now. Worst Service Ever!! Please learn how to treat your customers or at least hire some skilled creditable workers!

Great location, they open early and on time, they're efficient, the order comes out correctly everytime, and the employees seem to know what customer service is. All it takes for a chain coffee place to get 5 stars is those basics and yet most of them still cannot perform. This location does well, and it may be off the main road but worth it to not have a problem with every one item order.

One of the better DD I visit. Just don't understand why they refuse to use the stirring spoons provided by corporate to mix beverages. The wrist spin does not mix everything together and is lazy.

Its a dunking donuts, it has exactly what you want they way u want it. Store is clean, staff is friendly and parking is adequate.

There has to be a way to pack frosted donuts in a way that doesn't stick to the bag or paper, especially since they are almost $2 each now.And don't clump the snackin bacon together when heating it or the middle becomes jelly while the outside is burned.A bit of training should fix that.

The food and employees go above and beyond with service and quality. The only bad experience I've encountered is how management handles or treats the employees as well as condition of location. Meaning, I visit close to everyday and the place is hot, no air conditioning. If I can feel it, I know the employees are very uncomfortable.
