Went to yestoday, yesterday and got the bubble cone. The whole experience was amazing and you can’t say that often lately, we got the bubble cone. Zoey was so helpful with explaining the menu and choices. Wasn’t doing anything today, we decided to go back. This time twice as good and if you sit outside they even bring it out to you ! Atmosphere is great and sitting outside is a vibe on a nice night

Drinks were great, the place itself is meant to be a "walk in, walk out" establishment so if you're looking for a place with more of a personality then this is not the place for you.I had to write a review here, after seeing that another individual in the reviews had the same experience as me. The cashier at the counter (Blonde, wolf cut) needs more work on their social skills. I ordered two items and they stumbled upon their own words/thoughts to the point where they even tried to deflect the blame of faulty communication on me by saying "Oh I was waiting on you to say the second item, but it's ok"...?I understand working at an establishment like this can be exhausting, but I'd rather point this out so that person can do better and be more conscious of how to interact with customers. I'm usually a patient person, but I could not let this go as clearly it's not a coincidence that other people in here have expressed similar sentiments.

Sadly the customer service there is really poor. Wanted to put some of my slush into an extra cup for my 2 year old that she charged me $1 for (that’s fine) but then she just gave me the cup, put the plastic lid on and told me to use the straw to break a hole in the plastic and use that to put it into the extra cup. This resulted in the cup breaking and then spilling all over me! No apology or anything. The bubble tea was fine.

They was very rude and unpleasant all because I asked for another cup due to the cup I had ….had a hole at the bottom of it… I’m really disappointed because I thought finally there was a near by bubble tea I can get my hands on and now do even feel comfortable spending my money there ?

Girl behind the counter was super unhelpful, and rude, speaking to her made it feel like it was a chore for her to answer questions. First time visiting this location so I have no clue what the menu is, she refused to answer question, end up ordering the wrong thing because she refuse to answer questions and complete the order, staff doesnt even apologize for the bad service and experience

Our first time here to try their milk tea. I order Taro with black pearl balls with less ice and sugar, 25%. It's delicious. Friendly serving staff. Clean and well lighted shop.
Ube ice cream is delicious and staff was very kind and patient. Love seeing a family-owned and run business. I’ve found my new go-to dessert place!

My go to place for a quick treat. The staff is always friendly and the wait when it's busy is reasonable. My favorite are the coffee and coconut flavored boba. The desserts look amazing, definitely need to try those next.

I tried this place yesterday. It's a wecome addition to the mall! I liked the gelato, but it was a bit too sweet and the "small" too big. I would super appreciate the option of a kids size. I would rather pay less, and eat less!! Also, please offer mint chip. Looking forward to returning. THANKS! :-)

We stopped by after going to Blaze a couple of doors down since my friend and I were both in the mood for something sweet after eating lunch and we love ourselves some boba. We thought the stuffed animal displays were super cute. The boba is pretty standard, not our favorite by any means but not bad. The service was not friendly which was pretty noticeable in contrast with Blaze where we were just at. If I'm in the area, I would possibly make my way back in for the desserts since this place is a "dessert bar" but would skip on the boba.
