This is my local DD, they should just call it Dunkin, cause they only have doughnuts in the morning. When they run out, they don't make any more. Agree with other reviews, service with smile, not here.

Our donuts were found upside in the bag. We asked for wax paper between them and most of the icing was melted off and stuck to the bottom of the bag. They were unable to make my refresher bc they were unable to mix the 2 flavors, which is weird bc I've been to many other Dunkin' Donuts and they were all able to do this. At the end of the day, the donuts were pretty enjoyable.

This is my neighborhood DD.I know the staff and they know me.They see me coming and start making my usual coffee.Interior is clean and modern, bathrooms are clean too.
Whenever I go there my order is wrong. In fact I just went there and my coffee is not filled all the way it’s practically just whipped cream and the lady at the window was shoving my coffee in my face saying take this as I was looking over my order. They are rude, unpleasant, and they always get something wrong.
My 17 year old wanted to do something nice for us on Mother’s Day. He orders a dozen doughnuts on the app and when he gets there, he is given 1 of the 12 ordered because they ran out. Ok it was 11am, but they did nothing to given him his money back. They gave him a phone number that just rings and you can’t vm .leave a message on. I feel he was taken advantage of because he is a kid. He was given no consideration at all or help. Trying to get any help from corporate is a disaster as well. The app is user unfriendly for assistance. Done with this place

I had a coupon to get two donuts for a 1.79. She told me that it was not her coupon and she wouldn't take it. It said Dunkin donuts coupon for Gloucester township. So I will not go back to that store again.

This place sucks. they always get your order wrong. i just went there today for a dozen donuts and they gave me a box with one in it, told me i could just take ONE OUT OF 12, and when i asked about getting my money back they said it's not doable bc i did it on the app. now tell me if that makes any sense. if it were up to me i would have that place demolished bc they don't deserve business

Entered the line and there was 2 cars in front of me. I had placed a pick up order through the app. 10 min sitting in the line, to get up to the speaker.. another 10 min goes by not even a “hello I’ll be right with you” finally I say “hello” and the girl goes “oh sorry” - I tell her my order.. I pull up.. another 3 min waiting for my drinks. Literally the slowest thing I’ve experienced in my life
