“I want to thank Chris for a wonderful visit today at this location. I needed a bite to eat and some leftovers for later, placed an order with him for a fresh order of pretzel sausage dogs and cheesesteak bites with some cheese sauce, he told me that it would take a few minutes to make and he'd keep the cheese sauce warm for me. Watching him in the kitchen area, he runs the store with perfect timing, sanitary operations, and cleans up after himself as part of his routine. He's extremely courteous, friendly, and professional despite being busy keeping operations constantly moving. Instead of waiting at the counter for me to pick up my order from him, he brought it out to me personally while I was waiting at the bartop.I appreciate the extra effort and his kindness. Even a small gesture can make all the difference for customers. I certainly will be back to get my pretzel fix whenever the mood strikes me. Thank you!p.s. I love the cinnamon pretzel twists that other locations have. I commented about it to Chris and I told him it'd be awesome if you guys were to make them fresh at the store. I'd like to put in a request to have them available to be freshly made so I can stop by and grab some when I'm finished grocery shopping across the street. thanks!“

“Their house baked everthing rolls are very good, but in my opinion should be a little bigger to handle the large amount of shaved brisket they use on their cheesesteaks! Or just give you a fork, or alot of napkins. Either way, it's a great cheesesteak!“

“I've been meaning to try this place for a while. I'm mad I waited so long, but happy I finally did! First things first...the customer service was top notch. Second, I had the BEST veggie hot dog I've ever had (and yes they have regular hot dogs too). I mean freaking delicious. Let me also add, I'm not a relish fan. Well this place made me change my mind. The relish was nice & tangy. I highly recommend this place. I can't wait to visit again!“

“I got lost on a flavor cruise eating these pretzels. You see, I used to subscribe to nihilism - there's no meaning in life other than suffering. But then I came here and picked up some pretzels and cheese and well, now I'm an absurdist. There's still no meaning in life, but you know what? I'm going to make my own. Maybe the meaning of life is to eat pretzels prepared by some foul mouthed young men who talked a lot of s*** to each other (I found it pretty funny, myself). “Grilly Cheese is such an amazing business and their food, along with Tony, exceeded my expectations! We wanted to do a food truck for our wedding and had looked at a couple different options. Once we reached out to Tony, we knew early on that they would be the one. He was incredibly kind and open to working with us and our budget to make the food at our wedding a special part of the day! Leading up to the wedding, he was great at communicating with me regarding a tasting, despite it being the summertime and a very busy time for them. Once we actually tried the grilled cheese, we were even more excited because they offer so many unique options and they are beyond delicious! Even the vegan option tasted amazing and I’ve never found vegan cheese to taste like the real thing, but theirs does! Bottom line, I highly recommend reaching out to them if you are looking for delicious food, amazing service, and an overall fun experience! All of my guests loved the food and commented on how great Tony was too! They truly made our wedding day even more memorable ☺️“

“Pretzels are not on my radar. I don't think about them. But then someone suggested getting soft Philly pretzels and we were just about to drive through this part of town when I remembered this place... We walked in just as they were taking out a hot fresh batch. OH HOLY SALTY PUFFY BREAD IN TWISTY SHAPES. We were in our car 2 minutes later and devoured half of them in less than 5 minutes. I may have to waddle back at some point.“

“I went to Five Guys for the first time today, service was quick and workers were friendly. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger but they put down a "little bacon cheeseburger". The patty was under seasoned and dry. They give plenty of fries so a size "little" was just fine for me. Also ordered an Oreo milkshake, child it was very thick and sweet 8/10. They also give out free peanuts for you to munch on while you wait and tons of napkins! (always a bonus)“

“This 5 Guys in particular is fantastic, I have been going to it for quite some time and it has always been delicious.They give you plenty of fries when you order a large, your drink is refillable, (never had the milkshakes or hotdogs, but I'm sure they follow suit)The customer service is fantastic, they speak loud enough to hear them over most of the noise, and they know to speak up if you ask to repeat themselves.They are expensive, but the burgers are so good, and you can get almost anything you could think of on a burger here.Fried mushrooms, onions, fried onions, lettuce, tomato. You name it! It's fantastic. The little tables are nice (a little stiff on the buns, but I don't mind)You can choose to dine in, order online, or take out yourself.The burgers are amazing, the fries are top tier alongside the burgers, and they have rewards posted on the walls if you don't want to take my word for it.Overall this establishment is amazing in all aspects, love buying from here, and will keep going as long as it remains this good.On top of everything else, the place is located in a little shopping center on Nixon Dr, it's tucked back a little, but I don't mind. It has plenty of parking and is accessible to my understanding for wheelchairs or crutches or canes or walkers. Really great overall.Parking: The parking stretches back a ways, it's essentially a shopping center/mall parking lot for the couple of ships that line this building. It's great. You never struggle to get a spot, though sometimes it's a bit farther away.Wheelchair accessibility: I believe there to be a lowered slant curb right in front of each of the shops. Though I'm not certain. I know there are at least 2, 1 on either side for the crosswalks. So you can get in for sure.“
