Disappointed because these tacos could have been amazing; nothing good can happen when you need a fork to finish your tacos. I ordered Carne Asada Street Tacos, Fish Street Tacos, and Chicken California Tacos. The taste and quality of the meat was superb but that was pretty much it. The filling for each taco literally fell out because the tortilla shells ripped in half for almost all of the tacos; this is probably because the order took 20 minutes more than what they told us (total wait of 50 minutes).

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I have HAD it with this place!They get the order wrong 100% of the time, cannot (do not?) speak ANY ENGLISH, and take sometimes well OVER AN HOUR. I put up with it because their food was good.But NOW, their beef street tacos have my kid BARFING and I am DONE WITH THIS DUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If i can give this restaurant NO stars I WOULD! Whoever bought this restaurant to take over HORRIBLE!!! We ordered food at 12pm and was told our food would be ready by 1pm. We get there, not only did we have to wait an hour for food But majority of the food they charged us for they didn't even have!!!!!!!!!! The customer service was HORRIBLE! it was the cooks mother! instead of her trying to make things right, she continued to give us a VERY HARD TIME !!! even customers who came in after us received their food! Along with them bringing shrimp out to a customer with a shrimp allergy. WE ARE VERY disappointed, this is not the first time that we've been there so for us to have experienced this is beyond me! As all of us were leaving the restaurant the server/ chefs mother had the nerve to taunt us! Absolutely disgusting and we will never ever return, which again is a HUGE disappointment being as though we had a good relationship with prior owner.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE! We order an hour ahead we get there and the food was not ready. Our food kept coming out wrong and every 15 minutes, we were there for 1 hour and 30 minutes. They didn't even apologize for messing up our order and not having it ready! The owner told me we were complicated, because certain people doesn't eat onions or is allergic to shrimp. Horrible customer service!!!

Just lost a customer. Our take-out order was wrong and we got hung up on twice in trying to fix the order. We even asked for the manager and proved that our order was incorrect and there was nothing done about this. We are Hindus and they sent beef, the lady just asked us to eat. What a disappointment. Our guests were left hungry.

Not only did I order online and wait well over an hour for delivery they canceled my order 10 min after it was supposed to arrive. No phone call with a heads up, nothing. This was going to be my first time trying this place out after reading all the raving reviews in the food quality but they weren’t wrong about customer service. Needs A TON of improvement. To make matters worse they have a non working number posted. Couldn’t even call to see what happened. Good luck to you

They closed early tonight - 8 p.m. (!) instead of 9 p.m. like it says on the door or 10 p.m. like it says on the menu - so much for celebrating Cinco de Mayo with some nice tacos tonight!!! Thanks for nothing, Casa del Taco. 3 stars because their food is truly awesome when they are open. I hope they ran out of food - otherwise closing early on Cinco de Mayo is a crime.

2 times with the same experience so I'm done with them. Very frustrating to pick up as the woman working there spoke very little English. She repeatedly asked me my name. I gave it several times. I held up my phone with the order - nope. I suspected my food was ready and sitting there for over 10 minutes. I asked if it was mine. She went to her computer to dial the phone number on the order, turning her back to me. I answered the phone saying "I am behind you." She did not react. I said it a few more times and got no response. She finally turned around, handed me my food which had, in fact, been sitting around and was lukewarm when i got it home. I reached out to Grub Hub to cancel the tip. I hate giving a small, local business a bad review and enjoy being a frequent, repeat customer. Unfortunately, this place is not going to have my business going forward..

As a California transplant, I've been searching for a place with a decent burrito at a reasonable price in the area for a while. Finally found one! Their Carne Asada Burritos are excellent, just as good as any super burrito I've had on west coast. They have all the proper meat options, including fish, shrimp, and suadero/brisket! I wish they included complementary chips/salsa in takeout orders, but they do have it available to order. Still need to try their al pastor but it looks great. Will update review after trying more of their menu, as I plan to be a regular.

Outstanding Tacos spot in Cliffside NJ. Everything I ordered was handmade, from the meats to the sauces and fresh drinks, especially the taco shells. Owner is extremely knowledgeable about tacos and Mexican food and is passionate about the authenticity of the ingredients and and cooking method for each dish.My husband (Mr. Picky-Eater the Holygrail food connoisseur ?), couldn't find one thing negative to complain about, and I know he was eager to critique. Instead, he loves the food, especially, their carnita tacos ? with guacamole...???
