Cuban sandwiches are really good , as well as the pernil for a platter. Best pernil in area honestly. Highly recommend the yuca! Best yuca I’ve ever had, it’s a little acidic forewarning but I love that. The ham croquettes are really good too. The people that work there are very nice and helpful. Very welcoming
Best. Pernil. Ever. Wow. I love coming to the Blended Bistro. Between the empanadas, pernil, and homemade plantains, everything is delicious. The staff is so friendly and Maddie makes you feel like family. She gives you so much food, I am always leaving with some for later. This place is a must.

The Blended Bistro is amazing. Everything I’ve had has been absolutely delicious. My favorite things are the ham croquettes, the Cuban chicken sandwich, the pernil and I can go on!! If you haven’t been there this is a place you need to run and check out. Staff is great, place is adorable, cozy and feels like home. Owner Maddy, has knocked it out of the park with all her recipes.
