Fresh, crunchy and delicious cheesesteak unlike anything I've had to eat in this area, truly puts even the best Philly cheesesteak to shame...I walked in well past the peak time of the day at 3 pm and ordered a Korean cheesesteak...easily the best decision I made all day. The bread was crunchy, fluffy and fresh. The steak was cooked nicely with no fatty pieces at all, coupled with some perfectly cooked onions, spring mix and spicy sauce...anyone who reads this should put their device down immediately and go, run, to Wich-One and experience the perfect sandwich for yourself. Do it as soon as possible!

Got the pork cheesesteak and shrimp bowl with spicy gochujang. Both were amazing but the sandwich had a slight edge. So flavorful and the bread was excellent. Bowl was a great value though—so much food! Highly recommend this spot.

Delivery order. Cheesesteak with no greens, added peppers and mushrooms, sauce on the side, and an empanada. The delivery came exactly as I ordered. The emanada was good, not exciting, but good. I probably won't order again. The cheese steak was FULL, great bread too! It was a little salty, I am guessing from the soy or teriyaki. I will order that again! Uber eats was a HUGE dissapointment.

I was excited to try this spot since I saw it in some magazine. The menu can be overwhelming so give yourself a second to collect your thoughts before ordering. There aren't many veggie options so come here for the sandwiches with meat. The chicken sandwich was lovely and had all sorts of flavors going on. A lot of solid ratings for this place but didn't do it for me. I would come back to give it another shot. 3.5 star rating is fair.

An absolutely unique and delicious cheesesteak. The bread is amazing in itself but the overall flavor profile is somewhere between your standard Philly cheesesteak and a Philly roast pork and broccoli rabe sandwich. Outstanding.

I had delicious lunch here! The spicy potatoes are sooo good!! I had a number 2 pork bowl that was also intensely delicious. My favorite thing about this place is that they make everything fresh in front of you. You can eat in their spacious dining area / sit while you wait for your food. I loved it! I wish I lived closer I would be a regular!! Highly recommend.

Great food. WoW I was getting frustrated because it was taking longer than I expected, but it was all worth it. All Vegetables tested fresh, and steak was cooked perfectly. I wish I could finish the dish.

Got take-out from Wich-One for first time and was terrific experience. We started off the Pork Wich Bowl and really enjoyed it. Sort of a cross between a salad, poki bowl but with pork and potatoes. Tried the Korean cheesesteak and Shrimp sandwich with gochujang aioli both were great. Everything was really fresh and obviously made to order with a great deal of pride. We made the trek from Englewood in threat of snow and found it very worth the drive.

So I had a few hours to kill while getting work done on my car. I luckily found this place and read reviews. They were spot on. I ordered the Korean cheesesteak and it was amazing. I added a fried egg and chose the spicy gochujang sauce. The bread was nice and crispy, and not too heavy. I don't even like bread and I devoured it. The meat was perfectly sliced. The cheese and sauce made it all come together. I also got the spicy potatoes and they were worth it. Not too spicy for but enough spice for the general public. I also wish I added a fried egg to this l, and I love that you have the option to customize your sandwich. I believe the owner prepared the food. Super nice guy and will definitely come back on my days off even thought it's a 40 minute drive from where I live.

My sister and I visited Wich-One today while we were in the area and i'm so glad we did! After looking at the pictures we were already sold on the crispy potatoes. The menu has solid options! I love the fact that they sell bubble tea too.My sister ordered the Wich Tofu Creation and I ordered the Wich Shrimp both with a gochujang aioli. Both come on a fresh baked Ciabatta hero. We HAD to order the K Spicy Crispy Potatoes and along with bubble tea. Everything was AMAZING and flavorful! I loved the garlic aioli on the crispy potatoes AND it's a great portion for $7. The gochujang aioli was also a great touch to our sandwiches. The boba was on point too!You can dine in or take out. My sister and I enjoyed our time dining in as it's on a more quiet street in Cliffside Park so our time was pleasant. The owner checking in on made us feel welcomed too.All in all, come here! Highly suggest!!

This place is not what it looks on the photos, it might give you the impression that is a healthy restaurant, far from it. I think it’s also overpriced for white rice with a little bit of meat sprinkled and lots of sauce on top to cover it up.

If you find yourself in Cliffside Park, please save some time (and stomach room) to stop by Wich-One! My sister and I swung by on a Friday afternoon for some lunch and were excited to try out something new. Wich-One has so many customizable options, with loads of Korean influence, so it was refreshing to come across such a unique menu! ____ FOOD & DRINK: -Wich Tofu Creation (Spiced Asian Rub tofu topped with Mozzarella, sauteed spinach, sauteed onions and sauteed peppers) -K Spicy Crispy Potatoes (Roasted and crispy potatoes rubbed in a spicy rub and finished off with a garlic aioli) -Taro Bubble Tea w/ Brown Sugar Jelly ____ Starting with the Taro Bubble Tea, please don't forget to order a bubble tea with your meal! The brown sugar jelly was delicious with a great texture and the taro was full of flavor and slightly creamy. It paired beautifully with the K Spicy Crispy Potatoes, almost like a sweet and spicy combo! The nicely crisped potatoes were jammed packed with flavor and a garlic aioli that was the perfect touch! Definitely order the potatoes whether its on the side or the base of your "create your own" bowl. Lastly, the star of the show was the Wich Tofu Creation! I absolutely loved how cheesy and tasty the sandwich was. It was clear that the tofu was marinated and the flavors blended so well with the fresh sauteed veggies. I added the Gochujang Aioli to my sandwich and it was the ultimate flavor bomb with a nice kick to it! The bread was also the perfect vehicle for the sandwich because it held up all the toppings, but the outside still had a satisfying toast to it. The portions were also great and I was able to save the other half of my sandwich, and some leftover potatoes, for later. I popped them in the air fryer and they both re-heated perfectly! All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at Wich One and my sister & I will definitely be back next time we're over in Cliffside Park! I might go for a bowl and one of the empanadas to check out the rest of the menu. Not only was the food delicious, the vibe of the restaurant felt welcoming & homelike and the owner was a pleasure to speak with! Highly recommend stopping by!!
