Extremely poor customer service. My Husband and I are regular customers and love the food. The usual lady waitresses we have are great. However, the other evening we had an inexperienced and rude waiter(Tim). From the time we walked in he just pointed where we can sit . Then handed us menus. When we asked about wine selection he made us wait for over 15 minutes with no drinks not even water while he was getting a price check for wine. He was walking around and didn't even take our food order. When he returned he finally told us the price and no bottle of wine also he had an attitude. When we asked how come he took so long he became fidgety and responded with " I don't need to hear this get another waiter" and walked away. We decided not order anything and just leave. I have worked in customer service over 25 years now and that is not even close to ok customer service. Very disappointed!

Love the food! I had a chicken quesadilla and it was the best one I ever had at least in this area. My husband had a filet mignon and it was very tasty, he asked for medium rare and got medium but still was good. It came with real mashed potatoes which was nice. The price is fair in this place and they have good steak pieces.the atmosphere I didn't love but I don't care about that. This is now our to go place whenever we want to eat out.

This is one of those times that I should've read reviews prior to stoping by a spot. Parking outside, conveniently located near the highways and bi-ways and Montclair U. Spot is outdated with plastic checkered tablecloths, patchy walls and dusty curtain's. Anywho the greeter was friendly enough, service was ok, food is a no for me. Menu has great options, choose to start with the fried calamari, problem is this doesn't give fried calamari vibes. Fell flat and came with Buffalo sauce and hot sauce. Thought that was odd. Asked for marinara sauce and what was brought to me was unfortunately not marinara sauce. Decided to not order an entree. Server didn't ask ONCE how our calamari was or the kids meal my child got lol. In spite of no one caring, my youngest happily enjoyed her kids cheeseburger and fries, love that for her! This seems to be the place in this area to come watch the game and enjoy beer. Love that for them. Googled nearby eateries.... Lesson learned.

Stopped here on a late Friday night, as per the Google reviews it was a decent steak house. The Google reviews lied, it felt like robbery. An order of wings, dry and mediocre. My friend and I thought steakhouse .. let's get steak. As I got it over a ceasar salad and hers in a sandwhich, both medium rare? What we received was MINCED pieces of over cooked steak that resembled fancy feast cat food. The taste wasn't much better. Probably one of the worst ceasar salads I've ever had in NJ, and I thought that was a safe order. Her sandwich was more minced steak on an untoasted thrown together sandwich. My daughter got penne vodka which was really good.. until she pulled a two inch long what I'm going to say was beard hair from it. We left it on the tissue on the table for the server to see hoping he would ask how our meal was for reference. The only thing that saved the experience was what a doll our server was. Last part, just as good as the cat food steak and hair in the pasta ... these 3 dishes came out to $110. I will drive onto the wrong side of route 3 into incoming traffic before I go back.

I have been coming here for over 30 years, The service is great, the last few years the portions have been cut in half while the prices have doubled. I ordered chicken fingers, they looked like Burger King size and quality, also I ordered the onion flower it's also no more than half what it was years ago. But the price is doubled. The three stars are for the server not for the restaurant.
