I went there on a night they had a sale where you buy a bottle and get one half off. I bought the two bottles and was charged for 3 bottles at full price. I confronted the waiter and the person at the bar when I saw my bill and they said sorry and said they were going to refund me for the money. I still to this day haven’t gotten my refund and everytime I call they put me on hold and then hang up. It’s been 8 months since I’ve been trying to get a refund and I’ve been calling everytime. The owner is never there and I got horrible service there. I bought a hookah and the woman who brought out the hookah was smoking the hookah before we even got to smoke, she kept coming back to smoke and asking if we wanted more bottle and when we said no she kept trying to get us to finish. Very rude bartenders and waitresses. I will never go there again

this place is not worth the price. i went here with my boyfriend last night and the place was super packed And small. I had made reservations but somehow when I got there I didn't have a table. When I told the worker, she told me to wait and sat me by the bar. a table opened up shortly by the door, and I was constantly being pushed by the entering customers and even mug eyed by a lady who I assume was the lady running the shift that night. She was collecting the entry fee. the lady proceeded to tell me that she didn't want me sitting there anymore cause other people wanted to buy a bottle. Although my tab was still open and I had already spent $40 on drinks, planning to continue buying. TO ADD, I had made reservation!! I was also then told I could not stand by the bar anymore since it was getting too packed. The dj was amazing but I couldn't even enjoy it since there was no where for me to stand/dance. I left shortly after, but it is ridiculous that I spent a total of $60 to be uncomfortable for 45 minutes at max. They need to get their stuff together.

Service was terrible.. as soon as you get there they charged you as soon as you enter. They rush you to eat and leave unless you reserve a table. They even waited at my table to take my hookah before I wanted to leave. Food is good but besides that not the best place to hangout
