I buy it all the time since many years and staff is very friendly and accommodatingDietary restrictions: I get bagels that are without onions and garlic and they always clean surface and take clean their knives or take new one if I have toasted bagels with cream cheese.Kid-friendliness: They have small portions bagels if you want as well.

Quite frankly, some of the worst bagels I've ever had. The plus: they're obviously hand-rolled (a necessity for starting a conversation on good bagels). The minuses: they are massively thick (almost 3 inches thick), dry, not sure there's any salt in them, and they literally fell apart while trying to slice them.Otherwise, the place is clean, and the staff is really nice. They've been in business for a dozen or so years (can't say that much around these parts), so obviously people like them. Might be that the other food is good, but I don't think I'll go back if the thing you're named for is that bad.

The guy taking the order never hears the right and later blames the customer for inaccurate information. They need better communicators taking their orders or just come up with a template that the customer can fill out. I'm tired of the sassy replies from this employee everytime I go there.

It must’ve been a new girl, so they need to train properly. I ordered a whitefish on a bagel that she put on like spreading butter. I don’t mind paying $9.00 but I got home and there was barely anything on it.

These guys have been great for my Saturday breakfast. A little more expensive then generic DDs or a hole in the wall spot - but worth it. They are making the bagels onsite and everyone is working super hard during breakfast on the weekends.If you've got a problem - just be nice and talk to them. They're putting in some honest work.Def worth checking out.

Service is good half the time. Text service is ok unless they don't have something, then you will get whatever they feel like giving you. Over priced platters. 2 eggs, 2 bacon, no potatoes or toasts....$13 (precovid)...or they make up prices as they go.

One of the worst bagels I ever head. I was driving through and found in maps bagel shop 5 minute of Rt 3. I ordered two bagels, bacon, egg and cheese land lox spread with tomato.First, I tried the bacon, egg and cheese, and I could only eat few bites. The bacon is super salty and.burned and the bagel. The dough is not the best we just put it like that. I asked to toast it, which they never did.The lox spread bagel turned out to be cream cheese instead of lox spread And the with the bagel quality it is just unable.The coffee is not bad
Price higher than every where else, quality not really good, I expected way more

I rarely buy from this deli as I have tried their breakfast before and the food was less than ok but my husband wanted coffee and this was the closest deli. I asked for a bagel extra toasted with cream cheese. When I got the order the bagel was barely warm , nowhere even close to toasted. My husband tried to explain to them that it wasn’t even toasted and they basically said oh well and made no attempt whatsoever to amend their mishap. Straight up said we can’t do anything about and said if he wanted them to redo the bagel he had to pay. Zero customer service for food that is tasteless. Customer service in any restaurant that is exceptional is worth spending your money in , even if the food is not the best , but when the bagel was barely even warm and barely any cream cheese spread AND they lack customer service… let this be your sign to down your money elsewhere because this is not the place.

There food is excellent great staff .... I'm come here occasionally across the street I go to physical therapy .....the only problem is there very pricey and never get a receipt wish they would lower there prices .
