Bought small cup to have some minute maid fountain lemonade. Go to pour some and it's sold out. Both the regular and the pink. This is before the lunch rush. Don't they refill their fountain drinks? So I go to get gold peak tea instead. It's just water. Unbelievable. Bathroom is nasty too. I'll have to stop coming to this Boston Market.

I don’t know what’s going on with this management, but it’s gone downhill.The first thing you noticed when you walk in is that the whole restaurant is very warm with no air-conditioning. They have a couple fans that did little to nothing to cool the place.Ordered our food, went to wash our hands and the bathroom was so foul.I hope management changes soon otherwise this place will lose many customers.

I went to this Boston Market today on my lunch break with one of my co-workers. I am eating the cream spinach and feel something hard in my mouth. Thankfully I was able to take it out and it was a piece of plastic. I told the worker and he just says sorry. Besides this review I will be calling corporate and I have my co-worker as a witness. Horrible customer service and horrible food practices. I could have choked! I will never go to this Boston Market again. Disgraceful! See pics below!

So this franchise location is going through an issue with not being provided with a majority of their menu items from corporate. I've come to this location a handful of times before today and this is the first time the place and the food just was off overall. This is definitely not recommended to go to for next few months as well as many other locations across the country, based on many customer complaints of Boston Market overall for the past few months. The mashed potato was horrible. Def no real potatoes used. You can tell based on off taste and translucency. It's def Instant mashed potato that has like a few black pepper flakes in it. Chicken tasted fine like usual I guess. Mac and cheese tasted fine, I think. It doesn't sit well that I was sold instant mashed potato. Like wtf Besides there being a friendly employee, place looked dirty, which is on the owner. Please fix these issues asap.

Store is outdated and seems dirty, front drink cooler is filled but is broken so all the drinks are warm, asked for spicy rotisserie nuggets like it said on the menu and was told that they only come one way, when I pointed it out on the menu the worker said he will give me hot sauce on the side. The containers they use are not Boston market containers and no one is in uniform. I ordered the Turkey on ciabatta like the menu states and they use a standard roll from a supermarket. Don't give this store your business, food is not good and this store is not worth wasting your hard earned money at as they don't uphold any standards you would expect at a store like Boston market

Food at all Boston Market have been not as good as it used to be. Potatoes tates instant. Selection is small.
I don't know what's wrong with the food now but everything is off. The cornbread had no sweetness to it and was sooo dry, the mashed potato recipe is different, the corn is different. Today was the most disgusting meal I've ever had from Boston Market. Not sure if it's this location but wow. I ordered the new "nuggets"...FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and the chicken smelled like wet cats. Don't do it to yourself. Go somewhere else!

I went there for their discount special. I left still quite hungry. I asked for a vegetable and was willing to pay extra. They said the special doesn’t come with vegetables, neither did I see any to choose from.One other thing, Use extreme caution going through the Allwood Rd. traffic circle.. I always find it difficult to navigate through there to get to Clifton. Drivers can be impatient & there’s SERIOUS potential for accidents to occur.,

Horrible!!No one in store owner/ manager ignored me for 15 minutes , an Uber eats driver walked in and he jumped to attention!This is why small businesses go broke!Never again!! Stay away from this store, horrible reviews.

Really bad . All the food was old . Went around 7:10pm and they close at 10pm. They were already cleaning the rotisseries. Stay away from this place.
