Food was good, and they made accommodations for substitutions on adding more vegetables to my vegetarian salad. The fajitas were solid. It's not really Mexican food, but the food was delicious, well presented, and served quickly when the place was packed.
Its been long time i came to chevy after they redid their menu and toke out some. However i went the other day a d they had the quesadilla burger again and i was so happy but when i got it, it was super Greasy. And barely able to grap it without everything falling off.

Worst service n he just brought the food in 3-4 minutes as they just microwave the old food, not fresh at all!

First impressions are lasting. Visited establishment at 11:58am on Saturday , March 23rd and took a seat behind server station. 3 members of staff were milling about and none greeted me or ever acknowledged me after sitting at booth for five minutes. Business was VERY slow at this time of day so I moved over to the bar area where the bartender greeted me immediately. Manager needs to get staff trained to greet customers upon arrival and take a visit visit to Tapas en Espanadas in North Bergen, NJ and learn how to treat customers. They are the water mark I use for any restaurant experience.

Food is fantastic, ngl, it's really addictive, it's that good. I give it 5-stars, but will say the bar area seating is super loud. Maybe put some noise dampeners on the walls. It won't stop me from eating there though, food is just that good.
Food and service was good, but it's just too loud.

This place is so underrated. Food is fantastic, it's often not busy and has a great atmosphere, nice and calm. It's one of the few Mexican food restaurants that reminds me of Tex mex in Texas. Also fantastic prices.

Chevy's is always a fun place to visit. The place is large, nicely decorated, has a full bar, and has very good weekly specials. One thing that I really like about Chevy's is their complimentary salsa. I wish Chevy's would patent, bottle, and sell this salsa. I thank Michael, our server, for giving us multiple servings of the salsa. Oh, and the warm chips were appreciated, as well. The guacamole appetizer was nicely presented and the bits of vegetables made this a good choice. For entrees, we had the Spicy Chicken Tortilla Soup and the Grilled Salmon. Both were delicious and the salmon's accompaniments were well seasoned. I also really enjoyed the mango chutney, that adorned the salmon. My Coco Rita (Coconut Margarita) was incredible. It was served in a large Margarita glass and thoroughly enjoyed. Don't hesitate to stop by Chevy's. They'll provide happy food and ensure that you'll return.

Tried the Mexican Street corn, seasoned fries and Beef Chimichanga. The seasoned fries were underwhelming but the rest was pretty good. The place seemed understaffed as the bartender was the one to take our orders at our table but he was very attentive and friendly.
