The bagel I ordered with cream cheese was horrible..the cream cheese was hard as a rock and not spreadable..I spoke to the owner who did not even care that I was a customer to try to rectify the problem..will never go there again or recommend the place!

The bagels here are like NY Deli bagels...they're perfect! I feel like I've gone through the Lincoln Tunnel and stood on line at one of the best NY Bagel shops.. these are crisp on the outside and soft inside. My favorite is poppy seed with scallion cream cheese. You know they're good if I drive past two closer bagel shops to come to Clifton Bagels. They are quick and polite so it is pleasant to come shopping here.

The person assisting me over the phone was extremely rude. First time customer, only wanted to make an order for pick up on my lunch time. After receiving such a horrible experience I canceled the order. I never experienced this before.

Gave them 5 stars for what it is, a good place to grab some breakfast or lunch at a decent price. We ordered french toast, pancakes, 2 eggs, taylor ham, some tea, and water for about $22 bucks. All the food was good and the portion size was great. I was stuffed when I was done.
The owner is very rude . I tried to place a delivery and after he didn't understand my order he hung up . When I called back he said he wasn't doing deliveries anymore at opening when I've ordered delivery from here over 30 times . He said he hung up because it was busy but he hung up on me mid sentence that's not how you treat any customer especially as a business owner . When I called back he hung up again . I'll never be ordering from here again

I made an order and specified several times what I wanted, the man who served me apparently did not understand, even though I repeated several times, then he makes me pass someone else to repeat my order and this person says that if he understood, an hour later comes by and I call since I have not received my order, and they tell me that they did not understand that I wanted to order and that there would be no delivery service for me, it seemed to me a total lack of respect, they made me waste my time, they hung up the phone, they did not even have the decency of calling me to find out if my order was correct or to see that they did not understand and also was totally racist when telling me that there was no delivery service for me just because the man did not understand the order, when I repeated it to him in two languages, disgusting of place.
