This place is a favorite of my families. They love the assortment of toppings. They always preferred this one to the other 2 that went out of business near us. They change their hours often so always check to see their schedule. I do wish they would update their rewards system. The attendants use a iPod , yes iPod to track our points. It glitches all the time.

I've been to plenty of froyo places, a handful of them also franchises or branches of the same company, cups (ie. teterboro). Literally two girls behind the saloon doors the whole time, refused to give my 10 year old a sample cup and was plain nasty so we just left. I drove 15 minutes since this is the closet frozen yogurt place to us and my 10 year old really wanted to try it. I’ll never come back such a joke and no hospitality at

Very tasty. It taste like ice cream. They have great flavors. I liked their banana and strawberry flavor, it was yummy. The store is so well maintained. They also have toppings as add on’s. Charge is based on the weight. Parking should not be an issue, if you’re lucky you will get a spot close to the store.

I was at the door at 9:47PM on 11/30/23 and they were already “closed” even though it says on the door they close at 10:00pm. I could see a girl in a bra walking inside cleaning up . . That was funny, but sad, bc I wanted some yogurt :(

It's not the taste that I have an issue with, it's the fact that it cost me $33 for three cups of ice cream and then they don't even give you a bag. I know there's a plastic bag ban but there is a thing called paper bags. They are highly recyclable.

Bad,old soft strawberries and other fruits.They kept them way to long there.
Always a nice selection of frozen yogurt and toppings. My daughter loves it here and she always finds something new to try. Staff is friendly, and the lines can get long.

Sadly I just saw a customer put thier finger in the frozen yogurt dispenser. The sign says No Fingers Please. Please hire more employees to help enforce this health and safety concern. Thanks

The customer service here is terrible. The yogurt itself is good, and I have been loyal to going to cups ever since it opened in the original Clifton location. I was passing by and decided to pop in when I realized I had one of the buy 9, get 1 free coupons ready to be redeemed. I asked the cashier to honor it and because they changed their promotional method, meaning they were no longer doing the buy 9, get 1 free promotion, she would not honor it. I then ended up paying andshe just ignored me as if I didn't exist. She was extremely rude and not helpful.
