Its a DD, so theres not much to rate. Clean place and compared to most of the other DD in the vicinity, they do their coffees correctly and efficiently. Parking is simple and the neighboring stores may serve a purpose for shopping.Parking: Their own curbside pickup and other close spots.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and entrance is close to parking.

Location is always wrong on the app and goes to the Dunkin across the highway that's 10 minutes drive but if you want to cross 4 lanes of highway it's less then 200 feet. I've lost atleast 20 bucks of Dunkin app orders because of how close these 2 location are in Clifton and Little falls on other side of

Horrible experience!!! I found a CUTTED NAIL IN MY COFFEE!!!! I was throwing up for an hour! The manager and supervisor were extremely rude and it seems like they didn’t even think it’s a problem!!!! EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!! But if you like the taste of the cutted nails - be their guest.

I'm on line to order my drink, a customer comes in behind me complaining how they messed up his drink and the lady on the register is more concerned about the other customer when he wasn't even talking to her, so she ends up mishearing and messing up my drink and put too much sugar and cream in my iced coffee. I go back and tell her and she makes a face and was very rude, and tells her employee with a laughing expression, "he asks for more coffee, when he's already drank a bit of it" well how else would I know she messed up my drink. If she had paid attention she would've gotten it right the first time. For all I know she messed up the previous customers order. Btw the lady was a short Plus sized Indian lady.

I am a frequent customer. However they definitely lost my business. I went in one night and had rude customer service. The person working wouldn’t finish taking my order before moving on to the next person. I haven’t even paid for my order yet and yet they are taking other people orders. And when asked about it the lady was rude about it. I asked for her name and she yelled at me saying I took a picture of her when I didn’t. Asking me to see my phone which was so unprofessional of her. Definitely not coming back and that girl should be fired. You should never argue with a customer.

This Dunkin Donuts, located within Clifton Plaza Shopping Center on Route 46, is perhaps the best of all the Dunkin Donuts in town for a sit down nosh. It has a very pleasant environment, accentuated by the presence of the satellite radio station Dunkin Donuts Radio, to add to the pleasantries.
