My 1 star is for the customer service. They do not greet you when you come in & they don’t not even ask if you are ready to order anything. The 2 young girls behind the counter need to learn how to be polite, they rather pack cupcakes than to service their customers. I’m asking questions about the cupcakes and they rather talk amongst each other & act like I’m bothering them with my inquiries.

Cupcake/sweets heaven. Great quality and fresh. Huge variety of cupcakes at a reasonable price. The workers there are friendly and quick. Parking is tough but got lucky. Reese’s cupcake is amazing.Parking: Parking is very tight.

This place is amazing. We had an Elvis Presley themed party for my mother in law. As you can see, we had a breakaway cake made. It was absolutely delicious. Very moist, and not overly sweet. We also had cupcakes custom made. I call them "Elvis Cupcakes" because it was vanilla cake with banana cream in it. Topped with peanut buttercream icing. These were a HUGE hit. House of Cupcakes may want to consider adding this to their list of flavors. Between the breakaway cake and the Elvis cupcakes, we had 48 cupcakes. We had about 40 people, myself included. There was not one cupcake left. 5 stars. Hands down. Thank you so much for your craftsmanship in making these cupcakes. You guys helped make this party the hit that it was.

I ordered a variety cupcake cake for my son’s birthday and overall experience was ok but two notable pain points: 1) the cupcake cake was supposed to be composed of ~8 different type of cupcakes which I had pre-chosen but the cupcake cake that was made composed of only two types; 2) at the time of purchase, the associate at the time of design/purchase and after calling to confirm, they did not have the design and I needed to resend. And after confirming again, they said they still didn’t have it. It took 3 times to finally get the design fully confirmed. At pick up, there wasn’t any writing or personalization, nor was I asked. Upon checking and realizing the cake looked empty, I had to request for personalization. For the price that I paid $150+, not sure if it was worth it.

I bought some cupcakes today and I definitely need to talk about the customer service. The girl behind the counter was rude, almost like you were bothering her by asking her to help you. Then it gets better, I asked for ice cream, I saw the girl get two containers, which I assumed she was giving a sample but nope. This girl actually took the other cup and started to eat the ice cream right in front of me as I was paying. I mean I’ve never seen something like that before. Customer service is number one in my book and this place was a fail. I won’t be returning that’s for sure!

My husband & I love the cupcakes from here so we decided to order a cupcake cake for my sons 2nd birthday and I’m so glad we did! It came out amazing ! & I want to thank one of the employees who saved the day by adding my sons name on it since there was a little misunderstanding. Once again thank you so much BEN!

Finally got here! I have been to a few cupcake stores that have completed in Cupcake Wars and this spot didn't disappoint. Friendly service from the young man there this morning. I liked the variety and look of all the cupcakes. Some icing was a bit rich but scratched some off and powered through!!! Give this place a look!!

Cupcakes look pretty and packaging is good but taste & texture is mediocre standard (as if you bought them from Walmart or somewhere commercial like that). Doubt I'll be going there again!
