Horrible service. Raw bacon. Old tamales. Asked 5 times for our food waited 40 mins for raw bacon, eggs and unwashed cold potatoes? Automatic gratuity charge and had the nerve to ask for more? Tried charging us for things we asked them to take back? Everyone in there upset with the poor service and the food. You should be ashamed of yourselves or get better people to work there. Not our first time there and this was by far the worst. Never coming back and I hope everyone else sees this and never goes there as well. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Waitresses were drunk or hungover. Disgraceful establishment.

Ordered large chicken soup with vegetables. Received large container of greasy liquid , 2 very small pieces of chicken ( smaller than a small chicken wing) and few canned mixed vegetables. Horrible. Tried calling to inform , but no one answers phone. What a rip off.

(Spanish/English)I ordered takeout and when the girl told me my total, I was a little surprised because it seemed like a lot. When she turned the screen so I could sign and tip, she automatically clicked on the tip percentage herself and the total she gave me was the total with the tip. I was deafened because I had never seen that done. I didn't tip and the bill went down drastically.If you can't keep trust, you won't keep my business. I ordered take out and loved the look of the place. The food was definitely great, but they have a habit of abusing your trust when it comes to tipping. While taking out, they told me the price with tip included. I don't know about you, but as a server, tip is normally acceptable when a customer receives waitering services. They will try to add a tip for simply ringing you out. Please believe the other reviews that speak about their attempts to charge you without your knowledge. It perfectly reflects the business they run.
