My boss randomly decided to get some cupcakes for us at my job. It is nobody's birthday and not a special occasion. I didn't know you could get cup cakes for no reason. I heard it was about 45$ for a dozen cupcakes. That seems crazy expensive to me but I don't have much cupcake buying experience to make a good comparison. I only buy vegan food, I don't think they have any vegan options so if your vegan, make sure to check out their site before going. I wasn't gonna turn down free cupcakes and needed a sugar high. Choosing a cupcake was a hard decision, they all looked so good! I went with carrot cake, it was delicious and I was happy with my choice. I don't know why but my co-workers didn't seem to be as excited as I was so I got to have a red velvet cupcake to help me power through the afternoon and it was just as good! The next day, the box of cupcakes was still sitting around so I had another 2! Peanut butter chocolate & chocolate/chocolate. They were all delicious. I can't imagine getting a bad cupcake from this place. I also have no idea what is wrong with my co-workers but whatever, their loss. So if you got money to waste, aren't vegan and wanna get cupcakes for no specific reason, you'll enjoy these cupcakes!

I ordered cupcakes from Mr. Cupcake in Clifton NJ for a very special occasion for my daughter and they were never delivered. When I called the store to get their help, the manager's response was: "not my problem". No offer to help, no offer of a refund or credit. I will never again order or patronize this store and I hope you don't either.

Just went to Mr. Cupcakes on Van Houten. The girl behind the counter was rude. I walked in the door and 2 seconds later she asks if im ready, i hadn't even looked at all the flavors. When i was asking about some of the cupcakes she was very short with her answers like she couldn't believe i had questions about them. When i made my choices she didn't even put on gloves to touch them! Answered the phone and was speaking with other customers while i was in the middle of my order. The quality of the cupcakes have gone down drastically. Taste like refrigerator. Very inconsistent with their product as well. Sometimes its ok sometimes stale and inedible.

The team here did an amazing job with this Grogu cupcake cake for my son's birthday. It absolutely blew my expectations out of the water because I didn't even think something that amazing was possible. Just a super stellar job as always. That's why they are my favorite!

This place is a crapshoot. It's either hit or miss, sometimes the cupcakes are fresh and moist and sometimes they are dry and stale. I asked if they were fresh during my last visit and they claimed that they were. When I got home they were very dry and appeared to be a few days old. You would think that they would dispose of all the stale and dry cupcakes but they don't and wait for suckers like me to buy them. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

Recently we were looking for a business to support a fundraiser and came across Mr. Cupcakes on Google. Being that it was a fair distance from our home I decided to reach out via email first. From that first email exchange, all the way to the set up of the fundraiser, the communication, organization, packaging and distribution of the cupcakes was phenomenal.The team at the Clifton and Hawthorne locations were so friendly and approachable. Johnny was incredible and so patient with me. Also the cupcakes are so absolutely delicious, I mean everytime I drove to the store I had to order some. Our family favorites were the triple chocolate, Boston cream, hot chocolate and dulce the leche. Definitely 5 stars to this team ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I've always ordered from here and never had a problem until recently. The cupcakes are dry and hard as a rock, the size of them is MINISCULE and the amount of frosting on the cupcakes have been cut yet to a laughable amount yet, the prices have Increased. Highly disappointed

We have gotten cupcakes from Mr. Cupcakes for office birthday parties twice now and both times the cupcakes have been excellent. We get a wide variety of cupcakes each time and everyone has raved about them !
